"We were on the 16th floor and the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason!! People on the lower floors said there was something on the intercom stating everyone needed to evacuate the building, but there is no intercom system where we were! All of us in the 16th floor were looking at each other confused because we didn’t know what was going on and no one to answer the front desk phone, so down 16 flights of stairs we went to find that something was just wrong with the alarm and they had no idea why it was going off! If there were a real fire, this issue is very concerning because we had no idea what was going on and no intercom or staff going around to ensure people were up and safe!
Other than this hiccup, the hotel was great! Staff were friendly and they cleaned the room daily!!"
