"Trash and old food were left between the mini fridge and counter, an open drink left on the balcony to the room. There was also a dead bug on top of the AC unit in the room. The cleaning staff were very sloppy. Other than that the staff was great Offered a refund but haven’t seen it yet"

"Everything from check in to check out was very good. Service in the food court was especially wonderful. I had a problem with my meal and the staff, Ms Ann and another manger, I can't remember, were quick to rectify. I look forward to my next stay. April"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, well maintained, very reasonably priced, very close to but somewhat separate from the touristy areas. Food, shopping, things to do within walking distance. Laundry available. Staff helpful and generally available, or just a front desk phone call away. Would definitely stay again."

"After spending time in Cherokee I discovered many places with lower costs that were much nicer and had amenities! This lodge is in serious need of an upgrade! Carpets were dirty and on the second night a leak was coming from the second floor and landing on the bathroom floor! When we went to check out on Tuesday the office was closed and a sign said they would be open at nine o’clock! I have never stayed anywhere where the office closes?? When we checked in the girl said she was from a different city and knew nothing about the town of Cherokee?? I guess I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone!!!"
