"Very nice and well managed hotel in a good location.
We booked a double room and were surprised to have a room with a very narrow double bed: too small for 2 people. We had to pay GBP50 per night (a discounted rate we were told) to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and were not offered a free upgrade."
