Top Chatham Hotel Reviews

Cape Sands Inn
10/10 Excellent
"I originally chose this particular hotel because of it's convenient location to the Hyannis beaches as well as the mall. For visitors who enjoy a variety of restaurants, this location was ideal. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of 'things to do' right on the property grounds. I was able to enjoy a mini-vacation without even leaving the property! I really enjoyed the cozy fire pit set up with Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game just outside my room, which had a quaint deck set up with chairs and a small table for my morning breakfast and coffee. I spent a relaxing day reading one of my favorite books beside the meticulously maintained outdoor pool, and I really appreciated all of the hanging planters and window boxes that were overflowing with color. And, one last commendation, the hotel's mattresses were extremely comfortable and the linens were divine! I would highly recommend your property to my family and friends! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!"

"I have to rave about the staff, they were friendly, helpful, and offered great insight into things to do all around the Cape and Islands. As for the property, it was clean and charming. The facility was within walking distance to everything. Loved it!"

The Mansion at Ocean Edge
10/10 Excellent
"We were fortunate to stay here due to a temporary bargain price; after booking our two-bedroom villa, we saw later that the price was normally over 2.5 times as high. We felt so lucky to enjoy such luxury. The grounds are absolutely lovely -- the main mansion buildings, the stretch of private beach (VERY nice), the winding roads/walkways connecting villas, tennis courts, bike rental shed and pool, the wooded boardwalk to the beach, the associated golf course, and the front lawn where they put various games. Our 2 BR villa was spacious and comfortable, with amenities including a kitchen, laundry area, picture windows and several decks (I loved listening to birdsong on the deck each morning). Several restaurants on site, all serving quality food. Highest marks go to the friendly, well-trained staff. Everywhere we went we were greeted by smiles, well wishes and offers of assistance -- on the beach, walkways, and in the main building. One staff person even let us into the gift shop to make a purchase when we showed up there during closed hours. A few quirks; temperature control in the villa was inconsistent due to the difficulty of heating/cooling the main room, light switch locations were counterintuitive, phones/outlets didn't always work. But maintenance staff were friendly and responsive if there was an issue. Overall, beautiful grounds, amenities and friendly staff made the experience top-notch."

"room was clean, friendly staff. for a room of 4 there were only 2 accessible outlets, however one was not properly working. we had a long charging cable that we connected to the outlet in the bathroom which was not ideal but was able to make it work. very central hotel with close proximity to restaurants and shops"
