The internet does not work in my room. At all. They refused to fix it or do anything about it. Very bad customer service. Extremely long check in process. NO INTERNET! No solutions were offered to me, only blank, uncaring stares. Not returning here!

This is a motel, not a hotel and it is pretty old. They had workers changing the furniture in the rooms starting before 7am. We did not receive any notice as guests. Very noisy, not able to rest.

This property was a huge disappointment. Our first room was next to a room being renovated. It was very noisy and dirty, and when they used any electric tools our lights flickered. They moved us to a downstairs room. Which was already renovated. The room itself was ok, but the room next door had a family living in the room. Yelling, door slamming…. There was no peace in the room. Walls are paper thin. And forget having WiFi! It does not work inside the rooms. I would not ever stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend. The only positive is the friendly staff.

when i walked into my room there were unknown spots on the comforter! I took my bags back to the car and left, didn't stay more than 10 min. they did not have a bathroom door - just a curtain , which speaks to the room. Not as advertised in the ad!! wouldn't recommend this to my worse enemy!!!

Booked 2 rooms together traveling with daughter and grandchildren ended up on opposite ends of building and different floors. Water in one room did not work in shower, door to other room had obviously been kicked in and safety lock had not been fixed. Woken up early morning by people yelling in next room.

Spend the extra money, stay across the street.
This place is in rough shape. Fist size holes in doors and walls. Electrical outlets hanging out of the wall. Half the lock on the door missing. Tv had sound but no picture and no remote. The mattress has long outlived it’s life, springs poking up and noisy. There literally was a car in the parking lot on cinder blocks, no tires and the transmission removed. The $100 mandatory damage deposit also hasn’t been refunded yet either, several days after the fact.

A cheap motel with absolutely no frills. The sound on the TV was terrible the remote control did not function. Our room faced the freeway traffic busy 24 hours. Homeless people wandering around the property. The guest service lady had absolutely no personality. You get what you pay for unfortunately.

Pleasantly Surprised
When I first arrived with the kids, I thought, "Oh, I don't want to stay here." But with no other options, we went to our room. It was very clean, and the carpet was nice enough that I was comfortable walking around without shoes on. The beds were comfortable, and the curtains kept the light out. I never heard noise from any of the neighbors on either side of us. So, while it looked sketchy on the outside, it turned out to be cozy and comfortable. My only 2 complaints would be: 1) The shower - it took forever to get my hair wet! 2) The first person we met at the check-in. She was very unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. The other two employees that I came in contact with were quite lovely. So, overall, for the cost, it is certainly a great place to stay.

This is my 3rd stay with your facility, in 3 years I have seen the improvement from Painting to new floors to the rooms not smelling like smoke. You are doing an awesome job updating the place. it is very nice

The whole place was like a run down flop house. The receptionist was rude. The $100.00 “security” deposit is BS. The room was so “beat” up that I took around 100 pics of all the dings, broken toilet paper holder, no cover on the bathroom fan, burn marks on the curtain, I could go on. Also NO smoke detector in the room, pretty sure that’s against Washington state law. There were people living there, storing boots and other personal items right outside of their doors, so that you had to step over/around their stuff. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!

Super rude and unprofessional at check in. Rooms smell real bad of old smoke and pet. Wouldn’t have stayed but I had to pay either way. Will never stay at an OYO again.

Found prostitutes and filthy conditions. The deadbolt lock was broke and had bugs all over the unit. We left and drove home rather then stay in a filthy crophole

This place was recently taken over from Econolodge. The prior chain obviously let this location get beyond run down. Oyo has thrown some lipstick on the pig. Fresh paint in the room but the facilities are really run down. It is dog friendly and you can tell when turning on the AC. Stinks up the room. The room very was clean even if really run down. The little fridge was clean and new. The tv new the linens new. And for the price that was just right. The check in was easy and the woman who helped us had a terrific sense of humor albeit dry. Since it is the most affordable place to stay in the area you should be prepared for some “flavor” ie residents.

It's your average or slightly below average low end motel. Nothing wrong with it really, and no doubt the more expensive hotels nearby are just as noisy, since they're also facing the interstate. 2 convenience store/gas stations, a Denny's, various fast food and a family seafood joint. There is a local bus that comes right here, the Twin Transit Red line, but it didn't run on Labor Day. I found a great cab company, Quality Taxi, very prompt and reasonable service. Otherwise, the room was clean and the frig and microwave worked fine. Not enough towels.

I'll not be recommending this property. Half the staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and were as impolite as possible while still allowing me to check out. I have stayed in places with more bugs in the rooms. Honestly, not terrible. It just felt really unsafe. Like I didn't even feel comfortable parking in the parking lot. Took a picture of my car almost assuming it would get stolen or damaged. It turned out to be fine. I got the feeling it must be a high crime area. Cameras looking at everything were the only thing that reassured me. The doors on the rooms didn't seem that secure. Or even to seal well. I'm not sure what happened during the construction of this place but the floor in one of the rooms was obviously neither smooth nor level. In the two rooms I tried each of the showers was plumbed wrong so that the control was either upside down or did the opposite of what it was supposed to do (hot/cold). All of that was a whatever I guess I just pay a lot here for a scary room with staff that treat me like I'm a convit and have no sense of humor. What got me motivated to write this review is their business ethics. I was to late check in for a week long stay. So they marked me as a no-show. When I did arrive, they had given my pre-paid room away. Then they made me pay again for the nights I did stay with them. They waisted a couple hours of my life before making it clear to both me and Expedia that there would be no refund. I'm not impressed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean, no frills room. Comfortable bed. Only one small "complaint" Room description did not mention that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. If the description had mentioned them, I would have made simpler, more convenient plans for the stay.

Mold in shower...horrible uncomfortable bed...drug deal going on upstairs...had no idea the rooms were also month to month rentals. .way too npisy on either side. Left early...would like to be reimbursed for the horrible first night as i didn't stay for the second.
