Amazing hotel. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Beds were comfy and room was nice and big. I had amazing views of the harbour! Highly recommend staying here!

I booked this hotel based on reviews I found online. Reception and common area looked fine Rooms ware small and not in good condition. I took many photos to be able to back up this writing. No parking at all. I expected much more. Will never go back again.

Excellent Stay
This is our fifth stay at Turcosa - our go to place whenever we visit Grao. The hotel is conveniently situated and the staff are absolutely brilliant. The room is spacious, clean & the view of the Port is spectacular. Breakfast is excellent & great value.

Excellent - this was our second stay. Wonderful location. Staff were absolutely welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Would be nicer if the air conditioning could be set lower than 19C especially when it was really hot outside.

Wonderful service & excellent location at a reasonable price. Breakfast was lovely - great value!! We were booked for 3 nights in Turcosa & 2 nights in another hotel. We liked this hotel so much that we extended our stay by another 2 nights and cancelled our other booking. We have now booked another 4 nights in May/June - can't wait!!

Everything was excellent. I would only say that it was a bit hot; although the weather outside was cold. The temperature could not be adjusted in the room. Service was very good and breakfast delicious

Great location
The hotel is located opposite the harbour. Lots of seafood restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful. Good to have coffee maker in the room. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Great place for an overnight stay.

Almost amazing
The hotel is unpretentious yet comfortable. I got a free upgrade wich I appreciated, needless to say i was happy with the staff. Great people! The only things I would mention as possible improvements is that there is no cnn or bbc, the only english speaking channel is bloomberg news wich is exhausting even for a retail investor to watch. The shower was also too cramped and the floor got all wet. Except for that great hotel in a relatively uninteresting place far from the beach

The room is great
The room is very comfortable and the location of the hotel is very good. Staff helpful. There are good choices for having dinner nearby. The breakfast in the hotel is also good. I’d recommend this hotel

Clean room, friendly service.
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very nice on check in. The area is pretty industrial with a refinery a few kilometers away. If you are looking for a clean and reasonably priced place to sleep this place will definitely suit your needs.

Really, Really, Really Bad.
So - I booked a Junior Suite "with a view", paid extra for the view. On check in - was given a room on level 1, ask if there is a higher level available...No. I asked if the room has a view - no - you booked a suite, no view. I explained that I did book a view - and was asked to prove it. So I pulled up my confirmation, sure enough "junior suite with views" - got a snort from receptionist. She would not change the room. So I said I would like to cancel - she said I can cancel but there is no refund. I explained that they are not apparently not prepared to supply the room I booked - to which she actually said, and I quote - "Go and complain to Expedia. You are THEIR PROBLEM. YOU ARE NOT OUR PROBLEM". If she could have spat at me, I'm pretty sure she would have. Silly me, thinking that I'm a PAYING GUEST, when in fact, I'm a PROBLEM, and Expedia's problem at that. I don't think I have EVER experienced such rudeness, in 30 years of travelling. So I had no choice but to stay - the room indeed, did NOT have the views I had specifically paid extra for. The balcony door was broken at the top hinge, the previous guests beer cans were on the balcony, and there was tin of tuna or fish like substance on the roof right next to the balcony. Smelled lovely. But of course, no point bringing this up with anyone, when they've made it clear that I'm "Expedia's Problem".....the house keeping staff were quite nice - and obviously went to a different customer service school.

Very clean and comfortable hotel.Close to a beach
We stayed at hotel 4nights. The hotel was very clean..beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Located very near el Grao beach..which in my opinion is the best beach out of the once we visited on the east coast. Not too busy..very family friendly..many restaurants and bars..Very riendly locals. Lovely stay at Castellon city. Definetly recommend

Prime location hotel with no parking problems although the hotel offers none. Suite was very good and facilities inside first class. Plenty of external restaurants etc. Good hotel

The hotel building is old but has been recentlly fully renewed with good quality materials and NH modern style. The views from my roon to the port with balcony were suberb. The breakfast also excellent in terms of choices and quality. Everything included, buffet or on-demand.Totally recommendable The only small cons are related with teh age of the buiding itself: annoying stairs to access to the lobby (there is an elevator) and only one elevator for teh whole buiding.

Good hotel, right on the marina. Only downside was that there is no parking on site, but there is free parking on the main road in front. Bit noisy with traffic overnight, but no too much of a problem.

Enjoyable 5 night stay
Five night stay in May. Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. On harbour front. Some works ongoing on pavement area opposite hotel which detracted from ambience but it seems they will soon be finished. Good public transport links to city. Very pleasant beachside walks along to Benicàssim.

The receptionist on check in was busy trying to help another guest to log on to the hotel wifi so we ended up waiting for 5 minutes while they both struggled. I said can we check in and she held up her hand as if to say stop! Eventually she checked us in but no apology for the delay and there was no other receptionist on duty. Check out was easy as it was another girl at the desk. Overall the hotel is what you would expect for a NH Hotel but the breakfast was disappointing and the lady on duty did not top up what was missing. Orange juice ran out, no eggs, no bread until it was pointed out to her that they were missing!

Very poor wifi connection and no exercise facility which is a big problem for business travelers like me. Other than that, nice clean hotel with balconies overlooking the sea and helpful staff.

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, we had a junior suit and were lucky enough to get the recently refurbished one and it was beautiful. The balcony was great with plenty of amazing views. tea and coffee machine in the room, very comfy bed and two TV'S. The free WiFi was fast and I always had a good connection allowing me to keep up to speed with Emails and other work stuff. We would defiantly recommend this hotel to all. Also do not go for the parking that you have to pay for, there is plenty of free parking within 30 seconds walk from hotel and it seemed very safe to leave the car.

a couple of days by the port
my partner, myself and two daughters stayed in two rooms and were very pleased with all the rooms and hotel had to offer, location was great the view from the rooms was stunning, no tea/coffee facilities in the room was a little surprising so i made use of the machine by reception where you could purchase a variety of hot drinks at a small fee. breakfast was delicious lots of choice and dietary requirements catered for as my daughters do not have dairy, and all items replenished regularly so everything nice and fresh. would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again

Lovely hotel. Room was brand new, can tell it was updated recently. Excellent shower / bathroom. We were on the fifth floor with a view of the marina. Beautiful views. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. FIB shuttle bus picks up from outside the hotel, also easy to get back to the hotel after the fester.

Air conditioning not working.
It could be the time of the year where the temperature fluctuates. The room temperature was very uncomfortable. It was way too hot even had the air conditioning on full blast. I told the concierge and she said she turned it on. But still made no difference. Aside from that, the hotel was mediocre. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

Great position overlooking the port/marina
Friendly welcome at reception and staff very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Great having a room with balcony overlooking the street and harbour. Good strong shower. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, beach 10-15 stroll away.

Good hotel for FIB at a good price
Used this hotel for Benicassim Festival. Taxi is €15 from Castellon train station to the hotel. Benicassim shuttle bus picks up right outside the hotel (€50pp for the full weekend). Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was in nice condition with balcony etc. air conditioning stayed on even when the room key wasn't in the slot which was good for keeping the room cool while we were out. Mercadona supermarket about 10 minutes up the road which is handy for food and drink through the day. Minor downsides were lack of pool at the hotel which would have made the unbearable heat a little more bearable. Beach is about 30-40 minutes walk away as the hotel is located in a busy working port. On the whole a good stay and very handy for the festival stop a good price.

Modern hotel right in front of marina
We stayed for 2 nights, on our way to Malaga. This is a modern hotel with very friendly staff. We choose to have breakfast there and was a good choice, large variety, everything fresh. There is safe in the room and has good wifi.

NH Turcosa - a lovely surprise
We stayed two nights in this hotel, and were agreeably surprised by the good service, general comfort and cleanliness in this hotel. The breakfast was freshly made with a great variety of healthy options and a full cooked breakfast if required. Coffee was freshly ground and delicious. The air conditioning in our room was rather noisy but effective. We would be happy to recommend this hotel. The location opposite the Marina was good, with seafood restaurants close by.

Apartman dairesi şeklinde olup yan komşudan çok ses geliyordu ve rahatsız oldum.TV lerinin sesi bile geliyordu. Birde gece yarısı dışarda bağırmalar kavga var fakat kimse müdahele etmiyor.Seslerden rahatsiz oldum.Fiyatına göre tavsiye etmiyorum.Yarı fiyatına belki olabilir.
