The hotel was within easy walking distance of Cardiff Bay waterfront and a short taxi ride into the centre of the city. The room was comfortable and the shower hot.

Lovely and clean hotel with free on site parking. Rooms are spacious and they have everything you need for a nice stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful and we stay here often.

staff very good and property was clean and convenient. had issues with the lifts for the whole stay i was there with my disabled partner. if i was going on my own id stay there again but if going with my partner i wouldn't due to the lifts being broken

This is a very modern, clean property. The room layout was terrific. It included some delightful touches like tea, cookies, water and chocolates. The critical criteria were all ticked: the beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, & there was good water pressure in the shower. Some bonuses were a tub and a separate toilet. It was a short walk down to the theatre and the Cardiff Bay Area. There is an entertainment area even closer with bars, restaurants, a casino, bowling, etc, etc. There was a ton of parking for a hotel so close to the city. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with a with a safe, an iron, a hairdryer, a large TV and a kettle. The beds were large and very comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Parking was ample and right outside the hotel. Perfect location- we walked to Cardiff Bay, drove in to Cardiff and did bowling in The Dragon Centre which was a short walk. It was great to be able to have an 11am check out to make our morning leisurely too. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

On check in, the team member was quite rude and demanded my bank account details to add onto the computer , as well as full card payment separately which seemed very strange. My room was clean, but had no towels and to top it off Breakfast was very overpriced at £17.

Always have a lovely stay here. The rooms are comfy and clean and the hotel is very accessible to the Bay. Cardiff city is about a miles walk away and there is a bus available too.

Rooms were very clean. There was complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits and a bottle of water each. Staff friendly and accommodating. You can walk into centre but we had a taxi it was quicker! Free parking. Good fresh selection of breakfast items. Cardiff bay is beautiful so perfect if you only want to stay in the bay but also easy access into Cardiff central if needed. I would definitely recommend

The room itself was really nice and big and worth the price I think. The bath was lovely. The tv wasn’t great but it is what you expect in a cheaper hotel. The bed was very hard and gave us both a sore back and the room was very hot even with the air off. Staff were lovely and friendly The hotel is not very accessible on foot it was hard to find and is pretty much in the middle of a giant car park. Our room was cleaned once but they didn’t take the room service tray that was in there and they took the soap we had opened and gave us another unopened one which seems wasteful as we were only there 2 nights and there were silver fish in the bathroom and the hall stunk of weed. The toilet roll was very cheap. Overall I think it was a nice clean hotel and worth the price

Not as good as what Expedia had said. It was a decent price for last minute and parking is for free, but expect to get what you pay for. Carpets are terrible Beds are old and stained. It was clean, as cleans as it can be, but we did decide to shower at the next hotel we moved to the following day. Noisy traffic all day a night. It’s not 4 minutes walking to the Cardiff Castle, but rather 30 minutes. The neon light was broken so my kids kept calling the hotel Futu, as that the only letter we saw. If you’re tight on cash, don’t mind a soiled carpet feel on your socks or feet, then this is your place. Replace the carpets, the beds, the bedding, and then I’d rate it as GOOD, not great, and not exceptional. Just being honest. The people were nice, but when you get to your room, your opinion of the staff has nothing to do with the enjoyment of the room.

Nice hotel with large rooms and good parking. Had a Miller and Carter Restaurant on the doorstep but also a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Bay Marina. Didn’t have a welcome pack in the room so had to call down for instructions on how to log on to the WiFi. Hotel was clean and hotel bar was a good place to relax.

So, for the first 3 days our door didn’t work and we got told it was us storing the key cards wrong (despite not keeping them near our phones as advised) to then finally have a member of staff realise the door was broken. This is after trying to call from the floor and no answer. Then our own personal cutlery and bowls were stolen, to be laughed at by staff and say they dont know! The shower doesn’t fit in the holder so spins , the bath doesn’t drain properly a you’re stood in water as showering To top it off the breakfast was cold and we were told there was nothing they could do but investigate! Despite having paid £17 per person for this Absolutely terrible experience wouldn’t recommend

Good location within an easy walk of the City centre. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms which are clean but slightly dated

I would definitely stay here again, preferably in the Spring/ Summer months though. Our stay was hampered by the bad weather and we hoped to be nearer the Millennium centre.

The hotel was very clean, beds comfy, the staff friendly, the food was very good, the only thing is if ypu ate a light sleeper i recomend ear plugs as we were on the 6th floor and could clearly hear the road traffic.
