We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were extremely nice and we had the ocean view which was gorgeous. The staff were extremely nice and friendly even though some of them definitely got upset when we requested tequila shots. I will say that the bathroom flooded whenever we would shower but other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff that immediately wanted to sell us something. I paid to stay at your hotel, not to be upsold into a fractional ownership, timeshare or whatever else you are choosing to call it these days. The only way to stop them from attempting to upsell us was having me becoming rude with one of the staff members. Arrived on Saturday - Hot tub on the patio was broken. Fixed on Sunday. Mon-Wed: We had workers on our patio during the entire day making the room, patio, and hot tub completely unusable. The hotel DID NOT communicate this issue with us at check-in. The first we knew about work being done on our patio was when we returned from breakfast and a walk on Monday morning. We felt uncomfortable changing in the room, even with the shades closed, as we could clearly hear the workers. Forget about attempting to take a nap as the workers were replacing the outside wall. I was also unable to figure out how to lock the slider to the patio which made us even more concerned about our privacy. No communication was provided by the hotel that we would have workers on the patio each day. When we complained, no partial refund was initially offered. After putting our issues in writing, the hotel provided a partial refund which worked out to one night of our four night stay. We were offered a different room for the final night of our stay which we did not accept as we were leaving in the morning anyway. Not impressed...

The property was on a nice section on the beach. I resort provided a nice selection or food and beverages throughout the day and night. The property was kept clean and the staff was friendly. The drawback is we had issues with our room the first day. We paid good money for a jacuzzi room for Monday -Friday. Our jacuzzi didn't work on Monday so we couldn't enjoy it that day/night but still had to pay the jacuzzi room rate. Second, our toilet wouldn't flush properly and made a squeaking noise all day/ night. They fixed both issues the fallowing day, Tuesday.

There was little food choices. The animation staff was lazy and sticking with few things. The app that is used to book reservations for restaurants is not user friendly. The drinks were terrible. Overall I will not recommend.

Well, this resort was our first "all inclusive" trip and we just loved every single bit of it! Situation: family of 4: 2adults and 2 kids of 4 and 6 years old. Duration of stay: 10 days Formula: all inclusive This review is more for families with kids. We've been extremely well treated from the first minute we arrived ! Big shout out to Adrian at the check-in desk who was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional! Thanks a lot mi amigo! The staff is doing it's best to make our stay as smooth as possible! Food is very decent and the menu changes every day! The waiters will also do their best to make sure you've got everything you need such as Uriel and Gustavo. We were not really into the activities by the pool, but the entertainment team was on fire every day with tons of activities and games. What we also appreciated is the different amazing nightly shows! The kids and us enjoyed them very much. The best part of our stay, and also the reason for which we mainly picked this hotel over all others in Cancun was the kids club! The team there is very friendly and kept an eye on our kids all day ling while we (adults) enjoyed our margaritas, piña coladas and mojitos! Our kids loved the spot, the pool, the club, the movies and activities and we cannot thank Daphne Marianna and team enough for all the attention and care they gave to our kids. Was unaware this was a Timeshare resort until arrival. Was hounded everyday from someone to listen to the timeshare info, they don't take no for an answer so I would just have to walk away while they were still asking. Limited Food options. Reservations had to be made a day in advance so if you forget, its disappointing. While on vacation I like being to eat at my leisure and dont know what Im in the mood for until closer to that time to eat. The Reservations system isnt ideal. No coffee options other than at morning buffet. No mimosas for breakfast as they wont serve alcohol until 11am. Pool bar closes at 6p and Lobby bar closes at 12am. There wasnt much for entertainment or if there was, there wasnt advertisement for it which was disappointing. the beach was nice, the pool was also nice. the best part of our trip was THE STAFF!!! Everyone who waited on us was AMAZING, they made us feel like we were celebrities with how they treated us. They were all so wonderful

The property was beautiful and only about 10-12 min from the airport. The pool servers were Excellent. They never left you thirsty and they weren't begging for tips. The staff everywhere on the resort was friendly. This property wasn't handicap friendly for people with weak knees,hips or feet. There were A LOT of stairs and steep ramps.There were about-5-6 pools yet only 1 had stairs to get in and out of the pool and it wasn't the adult swim up pool. The property had a free shuttle from the airport to the resort but we had to pay $45 each for both of our rooms. So for 4 ppl, we paid $90 for transportation back to the airport which didn't specify that on their website. The website made it seem like transportation back would be free also. The food was very bland and mediocre and there weren't many options. ALSO, this resort will not give you a Mimosa for breakfast and the bars don't open until 11. The nightly entertainment was good but nothing to do after karaoke or the band, no club or anything. Also, there is no food or snack after 10pm when the buffet closes. There was no disinfected spray at the gym which was a con for me. No bottled water at the bars but they did have a water refilling station. They also had a pizza station and a snack station for lunch by the pool which were both good. The frozen drinks were just ok. They were icey and not smooth. Over all this isn't a bad resort for the price, but transportation could be cheaper.

This pool area is really large and fun. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, but thermostat did not work. I did not care for much of the food offered at the buffet. The buffet dining area was very humid. Would be nice if there was an adult only pool. So many kids in the main pool, when there is a children's area available.

Everything was excellent except hardly any vegetarian food. We along with many other families were struggling on what to eat. I would recommend adding more vegetarian options.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of activity for family and great staff. Wish the food was little better but is doable. Plenty of food options but mostly same things were repeated daily. Got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Overall, will go back again when visiting Cancun
