The shower handle would not turn water on. We checked in late and were tired so I didn’t mess with it ..."

"The receptionist held us up at check in. She really wanted to tell us how busy her night had been, so we stood there and listened to her go on and on about nonsense while all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. The room was gross. There was hair all over the bathroom. Just disgusting."
