"Very disappointing stay. The heating in my room was not working, and the room was extremely cold. Staff told me the system was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted until the next day. They also had no portable heaters available and only offered an extra blanket. I had to sleep wearing my coat and jacket all night because I was freezing. After getting almost no sleep, I asked for a late checkout, but they only extended it until 1 PM. Overall, the lack of a solution and poor customer service made for a very uncomfortable stay."
