"The room wasn’t that great they didn’t clean. They didn’t leave shampoo and facecloth and Kleenex and at least a pen and paper also, no coffee and sugar . The tub doesn’t drain water. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is good ,air conditioning is good . It was my fourth time staying at your hotel but hopefully the next time they will clean. And I will still recommend because the staff are good"
"I loved this hotel so much I extended my stay twice. This hotel feels luxurious. The smells, shampoos, lighting and the beds, luxury. The sound of airplanes landing and taking off was very cool. The staff over all was kind and accommodating. Pool was good. Hot tub was spacious. The room service was fast and delicious. The housekeeping was absolutely fantastic.
I will be back at this hotel again."
"Bed was very comfortable and staff is very friendly, however, Macleod Trail in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy day and night. The photos of the bathroom and gym did not reflect the photos shown on Expedia or their website. The bathtub and sink had seen better days and the gym had out-of-service equipment. The hotel was full so there weren't other options. The pool is rented out to swimming classes so it may not be available at all times."
