super nice - great beach
Given a nice big room with a view, enjoyed happy hour on our balcony, then headed to the beautiful beach for a walk. Great beaches!! Breakfast in the morning was good. Hotel charges for parking but just parked on the street with no issues.

Amazing Family Family
Beautiful hotel and location. Surrounded by secluded beach coves and a wonderful walk to the lighthouse, we had an amazing time. We upgraded to the junior suite which gave us plenty of space as a family. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Disappointed
Super disappointed and unsure how this hotel could possibly have a four star rating. Room was basic (also quite outdated) and the front desk was unresponsive and even a bit rude. We were really looking forward to our stay at the beach, but the same beach is free – we should have stayed elsewhere and avoided this headache. Our stay proved a big waste of time and money and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Lots of wasted potential here with the unfriendly staff and mediocre rooms.

Hotel is good for families with lots of activities, pools, a beach nearby, however, it was kind of noisy and a bit intense. It was impossible to find or buy a bottle of water after midnight

Good family all rounder.
We have just returned from a fantastic three night stay at this Conil hotel, and if we could have stayed longer, we would have done. The hotel is well looked after, modern, and provides everything you need....down to bike hire, spa services and good overall entertainment. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff....with special mention to reception who always greeted us with a smile and a polite attitude. We had breakfast only at the hotel and when we return we would try their evening meal option as this hotel is not within walking distance to a selection of restaurants / bars....although only a short drive or bike ride if you don’t mind the travel. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits but only 1-2 cereals, which is rare. However, what we did consume..breads, eggs, cakes etc, was all good. We will certainly look into returning to this hotel again.

Beautiful location
Lovely hotel with great scenery and beaches surrounding the hotel. The beds were rock hard and I could barely move my neck the next day. Food quality was good overall I would recommend but the beds are terrible

Nice hotel in a quiet area
Very nice hotel is a beatiful area, quite away from civilization wich for us is a plus. Nice room, beatiful side sea view (much better than rooms overlooking the pool, where it could get some noisy at times). Dinners were fine, varied and fresh food. Breakfasts were also okay, but some more vegetable dishes would be nice.

Amazing front desk staff who do everything to help. They booked us hire car, horse riding, bicycle and gave advice on getting to Seville when we missed our coach! Thank you Paula you could be Ambassador. The room was spacious, quiet with a view on to sea, nature and lighthouse. The meals were as you expect from a large hotel. A decent choice, fairly good, but busy ;) Service team organised & friendly. Poolside is pleasant and you can see the sea! Easy to find a sunbed and pool has a slope into it - fab for little ones. 5 mins walk down to stunning white sand beach. Not crowded. It is a cove, pass by some rocks and you are through to a 6km more expansive beaches. My favourite beach in Spain with an amazing sunset. Only a couple of restaurants. One extremely expensive 5 mins away, but worth splashing if you are a gastronomic. The fresh tuna melts in your mouth. Far better value is a restaurant behind the pharmacy about 2 km down the road. Basic, great value, delicious, atmospheric - the choice of locals. Along the beach a pavillion cafe which is nice. Getting into Conil de Frontera is 20 mins by bus. Kids club animation team were soooo wonderful to my 5 y/o daughter who has no Spanish. They put on great shows most nights and we liked dancing in the pool. Amazing energy, talented dancers and fun :)) Roccio has a heart of gold.

Nice hotel for families, but not for couples
Hotel is pleasant with a nice pool and excellent beaches. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Despite reading about bed bugs and cockroaches, we found the hotel and our room to be very clean and had a brand new mattress. The hotel is definitely not for couples, as the dining room is very noisy and full of screaming kids. Mealtimes were not relaxing or pleasant, however there is a nice terrace area were you can dine, if its not too windy or full. You definitely need a car as a taxi journey to Conil is 15 euros each way. The hotel is a good base to visit Conil, El Palmar and Vejere, all of which are very nice unspoilt traditional areas of Spain.

Loved every minute
We booked this hotel with a little bit of fear since every review around Aug. was angry with how loud the hotel was .. children activities etc. We staid 2 nights around Sep. 25th and LOVED it. the rooms are nice and clean, the pool is also fine, there were no kinds hanging around ,making noise and the beach just a minute from the hotel was great ! less than 20 people around .. you get almost a private beach. breakfast was fine (was not great, but fine) the bar next to the poll has good cocktail prices but not as good as you'd expect.... The highlight was Conil (10 min drive).. the tiny village was beautiful and nice to hang around night. One thing that did raise our eyebrows was the fact that you have to make a deposit for the pool towels, and for the LAN cable (for in-room internet) :| Other than that .. was a very nice experience and we'd love to come back.

La estadia bien aunque la reserva decia balcon y nos dieron una habitacion sin balcon y por cambiarnos cobraron un suplemento. Tambien tuvimos un percance con el niño que tiene cinco años cogio dinero sin darnos cuenta del bolso de la madre y se fue con otros dos amigos de la misma edad a comprar unos peluches que el hotel vende aunque la culpa es nuestra no entendiamos como era posible que los de recepcion tomaran dinero de unos niños que llevaban 100 euros y no fueran capaces de avisarnos sino que les vendieron los peluches

The surrounding location was quiet and beautiful. The hotel itself was not huge aswell, so that it wasn`t crowded. Just a few of the service staff could speak a little bit english, so sometimes the communication was a little bit difficult. Overall they were very kind and tried their best to understand us. The Food was good, but there could bee more virarity. Overall we can recommend this hotel, especialy If you can speak a little bit spanisch.
