"When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet. They have coffee in room, drinks in fridge, room service was good. Came 1st week of June and weather was nice. Only last day was cooler and pool was still good in the later day. Carlos in Cheviche restaurant was good waiter and Maria in the crepe station was attentive, also Roberto in buffet helped us everyday. The hostest were all kind as well. Water was hot in shower and they give you a complimentary shaver and toothbrush and alot of other things like shower cap, a mini shaving cream and toothpaste. Spa was nice Javier did a great job and the woman in the womans locker room was very kind. I think her name was Maria. All and all we will be back. Recommend."
