Very old hotel and expensive for the service and quality of product I received. Service not good. Door keys don’t work properly. Room and bathroom are old and not in good conditions. Towels have holes. Morning breakfast average.

The staff was pretty friendly but the overall condition of the hotel was below expectations, ESPECIALLY THE GYM AREA, poorly lighted and it very old equipment!

Four rooms until one had a working heater. Hot water takes 20 minutes to start lasts for 15. They fail to make the rooms. Sheets too small for the beds. Terrible maintenance. It's total b.s. for the price they try to charge (front desk was twice the price of expedia and they wouldn't match it so I had to pay it the first night, i arrived after midnight).

Absolutely overcharged! Such a horrible hotel with broken furnitures all around. Housekeeping was also terrible. Leftovers and empty packaging bag of potato chips from previous room guests were kept in my room for 3 days. And no towels were provided at all. Location is not convenient either.

i stayed with my girlfriend for 1 night. i received a really kindly attention and the best predisposition for resolve any requirement. firstly the hotel assigned me a room, but i noticed that the air conditionated doesnt work fine. so i ask to change the room. (they offer me an free upgrade class, but finally gave me the same category in other floor) all was perfect.

Nice hotel with easy access to main roads
Public transportation within walking distance, our room had a view of the River 2 blocks away, were you were able to take nice walks . In all a very pleasant experience

I was underwhelmed and expected more. That being said I did sleep well. Bed was very comfortable. They do need to make electric outlets at least adaptable to more international standards. Hotel provides a limited amount of plug adapters.

I held my breath before going here because of the negative reviews. However, if you want to access anything North of downtown Buenos Aires (and AEP airport), this is one of the very few options. And to be honest, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The hotel is near the water and you can go for a nice walk there. Some good new restaurants are popping up nearby as well. However, this hotel still needs a serious upgrade: at times I felt like i was going to fall through the shower floor, water temperatures kept varying, everything is very tired and outdated. The beds are comfortable, though, and the breakfast must have received a serious makeover because it is varied and very reasonable, in contrast to earlier reports.

Terrible stay!!! Place was awful. No warm water. They put us right underneath the gym and it was very noisy. We had to ask several times to move to another room. It was wayyyyy overpriced! Should be $70 a night max. Nothing was 4 stars about the place! It was 2 stars at best. It is a crime that you have this place at 4 stars. Not fair for people who think it's going to be a decent hotel. I was supposed to be there a week and I left two days early because it was that awful. It makes me hesitant to use hotels.com again as this was a very phony rating.

It was a nice hotel, good location near the river and park where people go to exercise, skate, ride bicycles, etc. People were friendly and the location was great. The continental breakfast was very nice with a variety of fruits which I really enjoyed. The only problem I had was that I was on the floor right below the gym and it was very noisy above my room with the music and sound of steps, running, jumping early in the morning that awakened me when I was trying to sleep in past 8 am, as well as throughout the day.

Be aware
Ramada Buenos Aires is really far from a 4 star hotel, don't be fooled by the rating. I won't give it more than 3, and I think I'm being generous doing it. Room and hotel overall cleanliness was also a great dissapointment.

Weird smell in the room
I was glad I was only staying for one night. The service was not rude but certainly not friendly. My room had a strange smell like they were trying to cover up a smoke odor. I will not be coming back.

As we were non-Spanish speakers we found that this hotel made every effort to help us communicate, we had very basic language skills but the staff were terrific. Reception usually had at least one staff member who could speak English and the wait/restaurant staff were happy to help us muddle through. The position of the hotel was also nice as it was removed from the city centre with a lovely riverfront walkway only one block away. It was a nice friendly area to spend a few days although it seemed mostly to cater for business travellers. The room was very comfortable, good aircon. The only thing which could be improved would be free tea/coffee facilities in room as it becomes a nuisance to have to ask room service each time you want a cup of tea.

Mala experiencia en el Hotel
Bastante mal !!!!. Cuando contrate sabia que el SPA estaba fuera de servicio, pero mi sorpresa fue cuando llegue y también me dijeron que la Pileta cubierta tampoco funcionaba, en fin la parte de servicios no funciona, entonces que servicio puedo utilizar. Como minimo lo que se espera es que cuenten la verdad de como esta funcionando el Hotel para que uno pueda elegir. La experiencia mala, no recomendaría el Hotel, y creo que jamas volveré.

El hotel está con refacciones, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque no andaba bien el aire acondicionado y la ventana estaba rota; pero nos pasaron a una habitación preciosa con todo impecable; camada súper cómoda. Él área de la piscina está sin mantenimiento pero está en perfecto estado y es muy tranquila y agradable para estar. El desayuno impresionante y muy rico! El personal súper atento y amable. Volvería pidiendo exclusivamente la misma habitación.

En general sucio y muy deteriorado, mi habitación con el lavabo roto igual que la zona de la regadera. Lo kits de shampoo y jabón parecían mas de un motel de paso de que un hotel.

Excelente Ubicación, a Metros de la costanera De Vicente Lopez. Cuenta con un desayuno abundante, el personal muy amable. La pileta le falta mantenimiento. Precio Razonable Costo/Calidad Lo recomiendo.

una de las peores experiencias en Hoteles. Lllegamos y no tenian la reserva que ya habiamos pagado. El hotel sin mantenimiento, habitacion super ruidosa, imposible dormir con el ascensor al lado. La calefaccion con aire ruidoso. La bañera tapada. Al otro dia volvimos a la noche y no habian hecho el cuarto...estaba tal cual lo de dejamos. La verdad, imposible de habitar.
