Convenient and comfortable.
I had a single room with private bathroom and it was great. It was a loft type room with the bed stop some steep steps...fine for me, but some people might find it difficult to climb up or down and the loft had a low ceiling so most people will have to duck. It's a great location with great service for a good price. I would stay here again.

Good value for money - calm stay in good location
Overall we had a good stay here - the apartment was bigger than I'd imagined and had everything we needed (including a kettle, fridge etc.). It was a good value for the price, was refreshingly calm (not at all a party hostel, of which there seem to be many in Budapest), and had more space than expected. This said, a few things were less than ideal: the bed pillows were very small and thin, the two doors you had to lock from within (and unlock with the key to get out) were very difficult to deal with, and a few days before our stay we received an email saying the reception would close at 4 pm and if we arrived later they would have to send us self check-in information - we ended up taking an earlier train and arriving before 4, which was good since I think the self check-in would have been very confusing. So be careful to check what the reception hours are before planning your arrival. But other than that we had no problems.

Very good value for money.
The staff at the hostel were very friendly and always tried to be helpful. The room was very spacious and very clean. It appeared to be renovated quite recently. In terms of negatives, the place was slightly difficult to find and once found there were many flights of stairs which made it difficult. While the facilities were modern and the rooms were comfortable it was a particularly hot time of year and the air conditioning wasnt very effective which made sleeping a bit difficult. Otherwise it was certainly good value for money for the room.

The hostel is located very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the room on the first floor which had no reception and only a very small kitchen area, this made it really hard to meet people. Also, they do not offer free luggage storage, so if you need to leave your bags before checkin or after checkout be prepared to pay for it. The room was a bit on the smaller side which is something I expect from staying in the city centre. The shower and toilets were very good and clean all the time.

Lovely hostel in center
This is a great hostel for those who want to stay central but not with all the big partiers. It was clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The only complaint is that there was no fan at all in the room. The windows can open to the street but it can be very noisy.

The reception is in one building and we were located to another building, maybe that was annoying after been traveling around and you must be prepare (in case you will be moved to another building) to climb up 2 floors (no lift). After that, the main room looks (And it is) clean and organized. The bedroom was either nice with all the commodities and nice bed. The bathrooms are clean and, depends on the guests, are always clean. I will definitely recommend and, for sure, I will be at the hotel next time I am in Budapest

As good as a hotel, as relaxed as a hostel
The cleanest hostel I have seen. Incredibly homely and unbelievable prices for the services offered. Modern and spotless facilities, very fast wifi internet in all rooms, and incredibly helpful staff (special thanks to Betty for all the vegan tips!). Will definitely stay again next time I visit Budapest and would recommend for anyone.

Central Hostel with Friendly Staff
This hostel is centrally located to everything you would want to see in Budapest. I was able to walk to the castle and Parliament, and also the other way to Heroes square and Széchenyi Baths. There is also a tram that runs nearby. There are many restaurants around as well as grocery stores. The girl working the front desk was so helpful and cheerful. Thank you!

Great location and clean
A clean and easy to access place, ideal for a short stay. Had problems to access the reception, though, as the door bell was not working (it's a residential building) and they close around midnight, so was facing left on the street the first night. Also, they only accept cash payments and in Euros so beware. The rest was more than fine, I recommend the place.

Nice rooms, good staff but shower drain smells
We were in apartment. Good amenities with fully fitted kitchen. It was cleanish. There were some issues like there was weird marks on one of the pillows, and the cups etc had not been cleaned and if they had, they weren't done very well as there was obvious marks and dirt on them. The elevator to the room didn't seem very safe. The floor lifted up. So we were left doing 2 flights of stairs as we couldn't trust it was safe enough for us to use. There was a washing machine, but it didn't work. When we asked if it could be sorted out, we were told we had to pay for laundry and it wasn't cheap. Don't put a washer in the room if it isn't there for us to use. The worse part though was the smell from the shower. It really really stunk. Not just a slight whiff but a really really bad smell. It smelt like rotten eggs so there must have been hydrogen sulfide coming out of the drain. The problem got better when you ran the water. But the one time we left the shower room door open by mistake and when we came back the entire apartment stunk of rotten eggs. This meant we had to leave the windows open which isn't great when its 0c outside. The other issue we had that despite not being a party hostel, and a 10pm noise cut off time we had people partying to 5am in the room next to us keeping us awake. Reception closes at 9pm so couldn't report it.

The hostel is situated in a tradional apartment on 2nd floor. So it takes a little time to find it. The hostel staff is very nice and room is clean. Central location close to many fastfood restaurants and sightseeing spots.

They have different locations, just double check
We got direction by staff and walked for 14 mins to another location. It was a big apartment away Main Street. The original booking is cheaper from this one. If you require to pay Euro you need to follow hotel’s rate. Furniture were ok. no need to check out.

Really bad experience
The experience was bad starting in the fact that there was a late check-in fee and nobody told us in advance. The room was not properly cleaned as it had hairs and dust on the bed, it smelled. The room was hot and we asked the AC remote at the reception and it was provided to us without mentioning any additional cost. In the description of the room, it said that there was a ceiling fan which was not the case, so we had to ask for it. In the next morning, someone knocked on our door asking if we had the AC remote because it had an extra cost. We said that we would sort it out at the reception since the person was not even identified and saying that the rules were clearly stated on the walls which was not the case either. We had to agree on paying an additional charge because the house was very hot.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Publikum jung, was u.a. zu einem enormen Geräuschpegel führen kann. Zum Beispiel wurde morgens um 5 von einigen Gästen eine Party inszeniert. Heizung ist zentral geregelt, schaltet sich um 22 Uhr ab und um 5 Uhr an. Beide Uhrzeiten sind zu früh. Abends wird es schnell kalt im Zimmer, morgens um 6 Uhr ist es sehr heiß. Die Bettdecken sind etwas dünner als die Sommerbettdecken, welche mir bekannt sind. Es wird sehr kalt in der Nacht. Tagsüber läuft die Heizug auch nicht immer. Handtücher, obwohl auf den Fotos des Hostels auf den Betten abgebildet, sind im Preisnicht enthalten. Kosten einen Euro extra. Gepäck kann nach dem Check-Out im Hostel verbleiben, kostet €2 extra.

Dear Julia, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had to experience the noise of other guests. This is the exception, rather than the rule. We try and maintain the quiet at night. Heating is never turned off, it is an automated system that keeps every room 22-23 Celsius all the time. This temperature has been selected to keep everyone at a normal warm state when dressed according to the season, and also not to waste energy. Still, we hope you enjoyed your stay at us!

No lo recomiendo, me deje unos auriculares en la cama, les envíe un mensaje y directamente me dijeron que no se hacían cargo de los objetos perdidos, que allí no había nada, ni siquiera me preguntaron como eran o donde podría haberlos dejado, también había mocos secos en las paredes y en 5 días que estuvimos no cambiaron sábanas ni toallas ni una vez. Por cierto los auriculares eran unos AirPods

在這裡住了兩個星期，這家旅社一切都很完美，工作人員友善服務熱誠，地方乾淨環境舒適，氣氛溫馨,但有一件事很可惜破壞了它的完美，那就是床蟲, 住宿期間我被咬到去看醫生，會起水泡很癢, 甚至咬到臉上，看起來很可怕，但不是每個人都被咬到，住宿期間我聽到有另外三個人被咬，其中一人還看到蟲，希望老闆能正視這個問題且解決它，因為原本這是一個完美的hostel, 很可惜。

Super gepflegtes Hostel im Zentrum von Budapest.
Tolles Hostel im Zentrum, sehr schön eingerichtet. Hell und sauber. Ein bisschen wie bei IKEA:-) Bad und WC auf dem Flur werden täglich gereinigt. Kleine Küche / Pantry bietet alles was man braucht. Ich kann es 100% weiterempfehlen.

Amazing Experience
This hostel is great! The staffs are very friendly and they showed everything you need in the hostel. Also, they will show you where to visit in Budapest. I really feel like home here. Everything are nice and amazing. The bedroom, bathroom and toilet are clean and new. I will definitely recommend this hostel to others!

とても居心地のいい宿
清潔感があり、アットホームでとても居心地がいいです。ドミトリールームも適度な広さがあります。ドライヤーなど必要なものはほとんどあります。街の中心部にあるので、観光の際のアクセスもいいです。周りにはレストランやスーパーなど生活に必要なお店もあります。何より宿泊費が安いのは良いです。 ブタペストに来たらまた利用したいと思います。

Good, but the service could have been better.
Good hostel in a good, central location. Clean and neat with good bathrooms and kitchen. The only negative thing is that I had to switch dorms for one of the three nights I had booked. This was both time-consuming, annoying and I was never told the reason. For me it meant having to out my bag in storage, switching to a new corridore, room and kitchen. If it would not have been for this inconvinience I would rate the hostel 4.5/5.

便利な場所で観光しやすい
駅から近くて、立地もペスト側の観光エリアの真ん中あまりに位置しているので、色々なところが徒歩圏内で観光しやすかった 地下鉄とトラムと両方の駅が近いので、便利な場所 部屋はたまにWIFIが接続できなかったり、音が気になったりしたが、料金相応の設備で満足 スタッフも親切でした カード利用可だけど手数料が5%かかるので現金ユーロで支払ったが、手数料がなくなればいいなと思う ホテルは3階だがハンガリーのフロアの数えかたの違いで、「2nd floor」に来るよう言われ、2階をうろうろしてしまった
