The toilet and shower areas where both very clean and satisfying. The bed and floors however we both riddled with loose hair that in all honesty was easily ignored, but still there. The blind was also partly damaged with tears and holes which inevitably let in a draft of light as the morning came.

I had an unpleasant experience at the ibis hotel. The guest services were very impolite, and to make matters worse, the room was extremely dirty. The lack of cleanliness and unfriendly staff made my stay highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my negative encounter.

The service was terrible. The desk staff wouldn’t even help me book a taxi. Pointed to a sign, that was airport only, and wanted to go to city center. Poor hours for continental breakfast, 6:30 am open, not feasible for early flights. Very poor service skills - no care attitude - not friendly.

I actually did not stay there. I missed my flight because airline mix up. I had trip Protection haven’t gotten a refund but will do another review if I get a refund. I was online with team support at hotel.com. They told me to do a cancellation but I found out that I was repetitive in doing the same thing over again. I don’t know why I’m asked to do a review about a hotel I actually never stayed

The hotel itself is always clean and the breakfast is good. All the construction between the tram 62 and the hotel and the bad sidewalk makes for an unpleasant walk.

Ibis LOW budget
This is truly a low budget hotel. Has no air condition and they give you a small fan with a deposit. No fridge in the room, no hair dryer, no chairs ( two stools), cheap foam mattresses. As you walk to the little lobby, cigarette butts right outside with strong smell. Reception crew were nice and helpful though. Breakfast was ok, no eggs.

Bathroom dirty no Air conditioner and no way to open the windows more that a tiny bit. Left the hotel right away and checked into the one accross Will never stay again Hotel and hotels.com declined a refund

This hotel is really a budget hotel good for overnight stay only as it is close to the airport. There is a bus you can take from the airport to the hotel and get off only few meters away. There is no restaurant in this hotel and the closest is another ibis hotel. There is no hairdryer too.

My main complaint is the atrocious value per cost. The minimalistic provisions included a shower, bed, bathroom, toilet paper - and that was it ... no fridge, no boiling pot, no drinking bottles. Even windows did not open. Getting to the airport via bus (272) was convenient and the room was clean. ... I should have gone with AirBnB and taken a train to the airport. Overpriced

Since I did not how to use transportation system in Brussels I ended up paying lots of money but the hotel was ok if you’re staying a few days and you need to be close to the airport
