Stayed here for a wedding. Pool and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance.

If you are interested in staying at this hotel, please be advise that they do not speak any other language but Italian. They make it very difficult for us travelers ( English speaking) to communicate with them. The staff is very rude, talks in Italian and laughed at us when we requested service to charge our vehicle at the station. We ordered orange juice 4 glasses and they would roll their eyes or make comments which obviously we did not understand. We tried our best to speak minimal Italian but they made it very difficult. The service at the buffet we were never approached by a server, they would walk by our table and not help us. The location is not bad but walking from the parking lot to the hotel at night was pretty risky as the road is very rocky. Sadly, this is a hotel we would not consider to stay again.

Room has crawling insects. Property is old. Dining options very limited. Restaurant open for an hour during lunch and was pricy for a fixed menu. Room service also had limited hours. Beach is a bit of a hike and not the best. The sandy beach required a shuttle bus and was packed when I visited. Not much to do around hotel without a car.

Overall a good experience
We stayed there for one night only and I have nothing new to add that hasn't already been said. The location, the pool, the area, the staff were simply excellent. The hotel itself feels a bit dated when compared to others, sort of like a time machine back to the 90s, but I doubt anyone comes to stay here for that. Would I stay again? Yes.

The hotel was really good value with a large pool and attractive sitting out areas.After initial surprise by non English speaking staff at reception service was friendly and helpful. There are no restaurants within walking distance so either drive to lunch dinner or full board.The remoteness makes for a v quiet stay Has an international client base and some coach tours but few Brits if you want to get away from it all

Location, grounds and staff were great. We were lost driving from Rome to Santa Lucia, called hotel to let them know we were going to arrive after midnight, their response was " no problem, we will waiting for you". We asked if we could have a late check out of 11:00 they said "how about 12 so you dont have to rush".

When asking about the cost of dinner we were informed it was more expensive than it actually was - I was corrected, via Expedia after airing initial views. There was no info in the welcome pack about room service whatsoever, however apparently there was. The facilities were good, in particular the pool, tennis etc. the hotel is outside of Ostuni and it costs about €20 one way into Ostuni old town. There is a free bus every couple of hours on an evening - the timetable says it takes 30 mins - we did the journey twice and both times it took 50 mins. Taxi was easier which reception helpfully organised. The let down for us was the poor rooms - sparse and very basic.

We chose the hotel for it's location within easy striking distance of Brindisi Airport and yet with a beachfront location. The rooms had interesting modernist styling and the pool was lovely but the hotel itself is quite a long way back from the sea. When we were there we were in a small minority of independent travellers and the hotel was filled with several different package tours. Because there was a gala dinner for the package holidaymakers it was quite difficult to get dinner -- the hotel staff told us that the restaurant was closed and to eat in the hotel we needed to join the gala dinner but that turned out not to be true. 30 minutes later, we were allowed into the restaurant but the food was not great. Verdict: convenient location and nice pool but find somewhere else to eat.

Tolle Anlage, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten nahe
Die Anlage ist herrlich gross mit schönem Pool, schöner von Palmen gesäumter Allee zum Meer, grosse Liegewiese am Meer mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Grosse Zimmer, genug Ablagefläche im Bad.

Struttura molto grande, arrivo notturno, nessuna indicazione del parcheggio. Camera ampia ma datata, scarsa illuminazione. Letto pulito ma materasso molto usurato e rumoroso. Nessuna presa elettrica ai lati del letto, nessuna presa USB. Prese elettricità in camera non funzionanti. Ogni mattina l’elettricità era assente, anche inserendo la scheda più volte; dopo aver fatto segnalazione il primo giorno, il problema si è ripetuto anche il secondo giorno ( quindi doccia al buio nel bagno senza finestre) . Bagno bello ma diffusore doccia a muro incrostato, l’acqua non usciva bene. Non possibilità di chiudere la porta a chiave.Personale molto gentile e cortese

Bella struttura che con il suo viale alberato ti accompagna fino al mare. Particolari e riservate le camere con il loro ingresso indipendente direttamente sul giardino. Servizio di qualità, bene tutti i "ragazzi" del ristorante ... che dire ... alla prossima !

Cadre très agréable dans une propriété qui a su conserver son authenticité.Certains endroits nécessitent un rafraichissement. Très belle et grande piscine.Dommage pour la plage rocheuse.. Très bonne cuisine (demi-pension) mais petit déjeuner décevant sauf les fruits frais en abondance. Belle réactivité du personnel technique: support de douche cassé et réparé quasi immédiatement.

Struttura stupenda. Peccato che i titolari non si rendano conto di quanto sia pregevole e non fornisca o nessun servizio tranne quelli essenziali. In piscina non c'è alcuna musica non c'è animazione né diurna né serale. In 7 giorni un solo spettacolo folkloristico che alle 22:40 è terminato. Il posto è meraviglioso ma noioso da morire. Internet è totalmente assente, dicono che è presente in tutte le camere, ma non è vero. Il personale è stato gentile e ci ha spostato in una camera nella struttura principale dove in teoria c'era internet. Invece anche li ed in piscina era quasi sempre assente. Inoltre il letto matrimoniale e costituito da 2 materassi separati e nel nostro caso con uno spessore differente che ha reso molto scomodo dormire. Il secondo giorno che eravamo lì sono arrivati degli ospiti francesi che all'inizio sembravano solo una bellissima grande famiglia in vacanza. Dopo un'ora hanno monopolizzato la piscina giocando a pallone in modo violento. C'erano tante famiglie con bimbi piccini che sono scappate per paura che arrivasse una pallonata ai piccoli. Di fatto hanno impedito a chiunque di fare il bagno. abbiamo fatto presente la cosa a bagnino (in sostituzione di quello abituale xchè di riposo) e reception ma nessuno ha fatto nulla. Una considerazione speciale per Ornella che si occupa del bar della piscina da sola in modo eccelso ed una per Francesco il bagnino abituale che è molto professionale. Bravissimo anche lo staff del ristorante.

mare favoloso ottima posizione .
Struttura con enormi potenzialità ma servizio poco presente, diversi problemi in stanza risolti dopo alcuni solleciti, personale comunque gentile. Grande struttura adatta a famiglie con bambini poco adatta a coppie che ricercano silenzio e relax . Colazione internazionale senza prodotti tipici pugliesi, comunque buona scelta . Ottima la piattaforma e l’area attrezzata sugli scogli .

Hankalan matkan takana
Hotelliin on vaikea päästä, koska julkista liikennettä ei ole. Hotelli on mielenkiintoisesti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Ihmiset ovat ystävällisiä mutta meno on kuin Neuvostoliitossa aikanaan. Kaikkeen on omituinen systeemi, joka ei oikein toimi. Esimerkiksi lähtiessä osoittautui, että minulle oli varattu kaksi huonetta vaikka olin varannut vain yhden. Ruoka on melko hyvää muttei kuitenkaan todella hyvää. Minusta paikka oli aika kallis suhteessa siihen mitä rahalla sai. Uima-allas oli tosi hieno. Ranta oli kallioinen ja veteen meni uimaportaat, jotka olivat liukkaat mutta silti käyttökelpoiset. Lähiseudulla ei ole mitään palveluita. Seutu on siis rauhallinen, mutta ei kai kukaan Suomesta lähde Italiaan etsimään rauhallisuutta vaan ennemminkin vilkasta elämänmenoa.
