The hotel is excellent both in terms of the rooms but most importantly because the staff is great, whether putting together breakfast or answering questions and taking care of any issues at the front desk.

The Hotel is situated at a very communicative place, on a walking distance to the Bratislava Castle and to the entrance of the Old City. In the same time there is a bus stop for the public transportation. This hotel allows one to visit all major sightseeing places in Bratislava with plain walking and no need for transport. Scenery is great.

Nice hotel but extremely noisy, do not recommend.
Hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location. However, the hotel hosted a private event and our room was bombarded with loud music until after 1am. Front desk did nothing and was not honest about how long the party would last. They really didn't seem to care that guests were disturbed.

Excelente servicio por parte del staff, disfrutamos muchísimo el sauna y el servicio por parte de la persona del spa, en la mañana hay café gratis y tienen botellitas de agua gratis también , el desayuno está bien, el hotel está a pasos del centro es solo cruzar la calle por las escaleras y a unos 10 minutos del castillo, del spa hay una vista espectacular al castillo. Lo recomiendo

There was decaffinated coffee in the room with the nespresso and available to buy at the bar, but not available in the restaurant at breakfast,this i found strange The availability of gluten free bread waa great at breakfast Staff were all very friendly

Very helpful.staff, great location close to downtown, Bratislava Castle and the Railway Station. The bonus is fantastic spa with hot steam and Finnish sauna! I'll return and definitely recommend it to others.

Dissapointing
This hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and within short walking distance to the main square. The hotel was nice and very clean and has nice gym facility. However, unfortunately I cannot reccomend this hotel. We had issues during our stay that were not addressed when we reported them to the staff. First of all, the curtains in our room were broken and not connected to the curtain rail. We had to fix this ourselves. The tv did not turn on when we first arrived. This issue was adressed and fixed the next day. The plug in the bath did not work so we could not take a bath. We told the reception staff about this and nothing was done. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the bath and we couldnt use it. We told staff about this again when leaving and the only thing offered to us was a free drink at the bar, but we were leaving and couldnt use it. We were let down by our stay here.

Great location, comfortable room, superb breakfast
Great location with easy walk to the heart of the old city and to the castle. My room was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff could have been a bit more attentive, and sometimes disappeared. I also enjoyed the very generous breakfast with attentive service. The spa and fitness center were also excellent and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room as well as the exercise equipment. It wasn't in there advertisement, but the hotel should mention that they are just three stops away on the #93 bus from the main rail station. I walked to the hotel (20 minutes) but figured out the bus going back to the station. Very convenient for my next visit, and I hope to go back again.

The hotel is very well-located and service was very good overall. The only issue were: the key card not working so had to go back to the reception 3 times during 2 days as it would not open the door. Also, the airconditioning system is mainly cenrallly-controlled, so it was quite hot at night. Perfect breakfast and nice staff though!

Lovely hotel is Brataslava
Lovely hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and a fantastic buffet breakfast with good vegan options. The gym was a little outdated but the saunas were great. There is a nice little area beside the spa where you can relax with some excellent rooftop views. Wifi was good.

Really nice hotel, room was clean and modern, breakfast was good. Only bad point, the quilt is a single on a double bed and then you get another spare single quilt in the wardrobe, asked at reception but this is all they have.

Good location.hotel was clean.reception was a mix some helpful some not so helpful. mentioned to manager in separate review.room was clean but warm some noise even up on fifth floor.could hear the road traffic and foot traffic during the night.window was open in room at check in which was strange but became clear as it was too warm but leaving open all night not an option with the noise.roof lounge is at separate fee to access not mentioned during check in.hotel bar food was nice good service from the bar staff.

The stress ... ruined the hotel's good view
The stay was O.K. ,but when they book a taxi for us, for the airport, our experience was traumatic. We were waiting for the TAXI for 40 minutes but the taxi never came.hen they called another taxi but we almost missed the flight and we paid three times as much as we were told in the begriming. I phoned the hotel and complained about it, and they told me t they would investigate the matter and call back. After 7 days I didn't et any phone calls.
