"The rooms were clean but we had issues with the air conditioner and the water taking forever to get hot Great location. Didn’t have a coffee machine in the room which I didn’t even bother to look when I booked I just assumed. This was a huge inconvenience. The hotel does provide water bottles though which is nice"

"this is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. they advertise that they have a pool but the pool has been under construction for 2 years now and we specifically booked it because we wanted a hotel with a pool. also the Wi-Fi was very intermittent. for this reason I only gave it three stars I don't think that a hotel should be allowed to say that they have a pool if they don't and allowed to say they have Wi-Fi and it doesn't work."
