This property was our go to when in Boston. It will not be any longer. The shower was poor—very wimpy and the water was not particularly hot. The bathroom door on the “spring” was annoying and with bathroom door closed the bathroom was cold. The maids were yelling back and forth in the hall at 7:30am. Breakfast price was high.

David, thank you for reviewing our property. I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay. I have made a note to the engineering department about the water pressure and temperature. Generally, our housekeeping staff doesn't arrive until after 8am. With the time change on Sunday, it probably felt much earlier. We do offer an all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. It has a juice station, assorted breads, muffins, danish, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt with various toppings, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. We also offer an ala carte menu. I hope you will give us another chance.

Beds suck,no fan in bathrooms,breakfast is $17pp for nothing special when same thing is free at better hotels right nearby and there nightly rates were actually cheaper. Hilton… lol. More like burlington red roof inn! 👎👎👎

Stayed here for work purposes, and it was extremely quiet and I slept great. Ordered my dinner and they told me I could bring it up to my room, which was great. The fitness center was great, and I was impressed at the amount of equipment available. I did however, skip the breakfast as it was $17, so I went to McDonalds. Overall, great place to stay.

We chose the hotel in part because of the availability of an indoor pool. The pool has been closed for 4 years, and is still closed. There was NO hot water in the shower. The bathroom door in our room was so squeaky that one could not use that door without waking others, if they are sleeping. When adjusting the thermostat in the room, the heater/ air conditioner was terribly loud, again interrupting one’s chance of getting good sleep.

We got the renovated room however the shower didn’t have the expected water pressure, it took good 10 minutes to get the hot water running. No heating in the washroom, so we have to keep the door open to have the heating in the room reached the washroom. No vent in the washroom. Requested for a daily housekeeping, I had to call the front desk to ask them again and the housekeeping came to the room later that day and left me with 2 folded sheets on top of my unmade bed. Room was not cleaned. Dining, is another story. We’ve asked if breakfast was still available at that time, we were told by the front desk that yes we can go ahead, we got to the dining, no one to serve us, I met a lady that I assume worked there, just looked at us, no words, we asked for microwave so we can heat up our food, no response, she was just staring at us, we asked for cutlery so we could at least have coffee, again, she wasn’t moving she was just looking at us, when we finally decided to just leave as we are walking towards the front desk, that same lady who was just staring at us, was making a bill for our meal? Seriously, we under if you don’t speak the language, at least attempt to communicate with your paying customers. I promise you I will do my best to understand. Very frustrating of the awful service that we received and to think we often time use this facility each time we’re in the area for a visit. I think it’s time to check the other hotel in the area for next time.

This facility was very clean and beds were very comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. The toilet in our room did not flush properly and no notification of ongoing construction and pool closure. Breakfast buffet at a cost.

The front desk was informative, polite and friendly. The bathroom was a bit dated and I found some hair in the bath tub, could have been a little cleaner, the rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

Maintenance Entered My Room Without Warning
My mother and I were staying at this location to be near the local hospital as my husband was undergoing surgery. Because of this, we did not sleep super well which we attributed mostly to nerves and only a little bit to how uncomfortable the beds were. The issue was that a member of their staff, unclear if it was housekeeping or their contracted maintenance workers, ENTERED THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING AT 7:30AM. As in they unlocked and opened the door and began to step in as my mom and I were both getting dressed. We did not intend on being up that early, but we were woken up by the same workers talking very loudly outside of our door at 7:00AM sharp, and then they began vacuuming the hallway and bumping the vaccuum up against our door at 7:15AM. At that point I was annoyed but not to the point of complaining; having a random man enter the room is a completely different story. Not only is it completely ridiculous and scary for two women to experience, but it also opened up a lot of questions for us- why were they coming into our room? Were we placed in that room by accident? If so, was it actually clean?? We wonder as upon check in, the staff directed us to the elevator, however the room was on the first floor. The woman that I spoke with that morning was very gracious and understood my concerns, and even refunded the room without any request or mention from me. I am disappointed as the manager was supposed to call me; it has been a week and I have not heard from anyone.

When we first got there the room they gave us was dirty. Staff at front desk wasn’t the friendliest. Asked to be switch rooms since ours was not clean, there was a dog bowl on the floor, random batteries, no pillows on the bed and the shower dirty. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care that it was never cleaned. The second room they gave us was clean except for the fact a maintenance person left tools on the one shelf

Only a 15 min drive to Boston, this was great!
This hotel was a perfectly good. Boston was just 10-15 mins away. The breakfast is free during renovations, it was delicious and a nice upgrade. However, if I returned to this hotel and the breakfast was paid, I’d still pay for it. The linens were soft, the bed was plushy and multiple pillow options. We slept well here and the AC blew very cold and very warm when needed. The bathroom was more than average and the toiletries were provided. Nicer than expected. Parking was free and prevalent. There is a full mall and plenty of restaurants/bar nearby. I would stay again.

terrible stay
We were placed in one of the few rooms where the entire wing was under construction. Construction started at 7am. I have asthma, the dust caused an attack. The radiator/air conditioner wasn't working well, it made a high pitch noise every two minutes making sleep impossible. The walls a super thin and the cleaning staff sings really loud at 8:00 am. We could hear her through our wall like she was in our room.

This property is under renovation. It is dirty and looks like a construction site. I am mortified that I paid over $200 per night to stay there. Hilton should give me a credit
