This place was nice and clean! The bathroom fan didn’t work, the water pressure was horrible, and there was some dirt and chipping paint above the shower. Regardless, the staff was so kind and I would stay again!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Boston Northend near TD Garden. The rooms are modern and quiet. Some have water views. The restaurant has a bar and a very affordable restaurant. It’s our preferred place to stay for Bruins games.

The amenities in the bathroom were impressive. The buildings are beautiful and of high quality. I liked the areas where you can book events. They were beautiful.

Being in the North End, it was very convenient to walk to any of the wonderful restaurants in the area. I expected the parking to be expensive, but the resort fee just seemed like another way to extract money from us without having to provide anything extra for us. I don’t care if it’s done by the majority of hotels now; it’s not right.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I love the location and staff. However my room this time had a hair dryer with what looked to be paint on it and dirty. I left a note for housekeeping and a voicemail at the hotel but never heard back. Also, the night lights at the bedside did not work and the desk furniture was scuffed up and old and worn. I will definitely give staying there another try but do expect better from a Fairmont.

While the property was spacious, the walls were thin and a noisy couple was given a room right next to ours in a hotel was had many other unoccupied rooms. Also, the mattress in the room was definitely not of the quality we would have expected. Also paying $55 for valet parking was frustrating.

The quality of the room was not great, stains on carpet, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, just not what one would expect at a hotel this expensive. Also I called to have flowers delivered to the room and requested the staff not call my girlfriend, but they did anyways asking her questions about them because of lack of communication between their staff. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

A quiet retreat located just past the North End on the water. The staff were all driven, polite, and welcoming and all the facilities were clean, although the room did not have a kitchen or more importantly a refrigerator meaning we could not take leftovers and had to eat out which for our short stay worked out just fine but certainly something to note for longer stays.

When I checked in the room was dirty dust on the counters and chocolate wrappers on the floor. The carpet mad missing patches with nails sticking out of them. The elevator buttons have to be pushed in very hard in order to have a chance at them functioning properly.When I addressed the problem with staff they were able to come and resolve the issues and provide a discount but it does not change the fact that the hotel is in poor condition. The spa connected with the hotel is a fantastic experience and I highly recommend going to the spa.
