The check in was the worst ever. I was given a room on 3rd floor, the key didn't work, i went up and down 3 times. She rekeyed and then issued a new key. The lock was broken. I was given a different room , also on the 3rd floor. Again the same think, up and down 3 more times. Finally the clerk went up with me. This lock was not working. After 6 times up and down, 2 broken locks, i was given a 3rd rm on 1st floor. This lock worked.
The front desk person was very nice, obviously none of this was her fault.
