Good for the area.
Service minded personel that help you quickly and try to solve any situations that arise. Bollnas is a small town and the restaurant has more to desire, actually I only do the breakfast there and then try to find another place to have lunch or dinner

Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte schnell und einfach das Problem des Internetzugangs via Wifi lösen. Einzig der Boden im Fitness-Raum hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Okay Geräte. Das Desinfizieren/Säubern der Geräte war schwierig weil es nur Sprit für die Hände vorhanden war

En vistelse över förväntan
Fantastisk personal! Glada och de tycktes stolta över sin arbetsplats! Gällde alla från reception till städerska. Rummet lite trångt men absolut ok förutom att det var väldigt varmt. Restaurang ok med väldigt gott kök. Frukosten hade allt! Utsikten mot vattnet fantastisk

Perfekt läge för syftet med vår resa. Hotellrummen är enkla men fräscha och frukosten är kanon! Bättre än många andra hotellfrukostar jag ätit på hotell med högre standard.

Perfekt läge
Vi var på genom resa och stannade två nätter. Fantastiskt läge nära till staden och vattnet. Vi upplevde att vårt rum på plan2 var lite varmt men vi löste det med en fläkt.

Weekend i Bollnäs
Vi besökte Bollnäs för ett släkt event, vi var ett 15-tal som alla bodde på Scandic i 2 nätter. Väldigt trevligt hotell, jättebra frukost med fin utsikt över sjön. Avslutade frukosten med kaffe på altanen i en soffgrupp, fantastiskt ! Hann tyvärr inte prova restaurangen för övrigt. Rummet var rymligt, inte senaste datum men allt var i bra skick. Fönster kunde öppnas. Vi var mycket nöjda och skulle säkert välja detta hotell igen i Bollnäs.
