The property was under construction so I understood having to use a different door but there flooring was coming up in places. There was no trash can in the room at all. Hair on the top blanket. The remote in our room was Samsung and the tv was Lg. It was just a very sketchy weird you get what you pay for kind of place.

we have brand new water heater. I don't know why you did not hot water I wish you would let us know. we are remodeling we have new floor new door frame new paint. new building paint lot of light in parking .i don't what is run down. thank you!

Room condition is poor, no hot water (unable to shower), cockroach problem. It was bad enough the TV didn’t work, but when we entered the room it was an eye sore and looked very rundown. The person who attended us was polite, and he apologized for the TV not working. I definitely will be requesting my money back for the poor conditions of the room and the inconvenience of not having hot water to shower.

The photographs do not accurately depict the property! It is run down, and feels dirty and unsafe. I took one look and realized I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids stay here

Definitely would not stay here again. The staff was nice, and it certainly smelled clean, but the condition of the property is abysmal. There was a 2 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, curtains were broken, the mattress bag was still on the mattress, awful job on the flooring, and it was obvious that our door had been kicked in at some point. The door jam was a mess.

This place is expensive for the kind of service and the room is very dirty. Smelled of mold ,cigarettes, Marijuana in the corridor and in the room as we walked in. We were greeted with a big husky dog tried to jump on me when I open the door to check in. We booked for 2 rooms. One of the room no chair to sit on and no coffee machine. When we mentioned to the front desk. He said he didn't know. The bed is so filty, very old comforter the yucky smells and pretty sure it had not be wash for a long long time....red stained on the floor under the bed. The tissue box covering already fell apart, white powder stuff on faucet by the sink. It was a nightmare...but we were desperate to rest for the night after 12hrs driving. We left early at 8 am.... Stay away from this place. This hotel should be 50 dollars charge not 89.

The room was filthy upon checking in, the floor in the bathroom was torn and disgustingly dirty, the headboard was torn, the mattress protector had rips and cigarette burns, I had to ask for a refrigerator because the room didn't have one and then they kept my $100 deposit claiming I did the damages even after showing pictures I took first entering the room.

We had arrived at the property at 2:10 PM. Check-in time was at three happen to see if maybe our room is available. I was told that no they are still cleaning the rooms. OK fine will come back at 3 o’clock we get into our room it had a very disgusting odor, our sheets and bedding were all stained. There was big clumps of hair in our tub and in the sink we only had one towel between four guest. The refrigerator had food that was left in it from the previous people. I guess I also found a broken big size rubber band in my bed under the covers , it was horrible. I will never ever stay there or ever when I recommend this place to anybody the weather was 90° the pool was closed down.

Fridge didn't work, the shower looked like ass. I booked a double queen and was put into a single king. The lock on the door was Janki and had a huge gap at the bottom.

Checked into room opened door and and it hadnt even been cleaned management put us in another room that had supposedly just been cleaned got stuff moved there the refrigerator and microwave was missing and the tv didnt work there was a half used bar of soap in the shower with hair stuck to the tub the floor was sticky the comforters had stains and holes the headbord looked like a cat used it for a scratching post all in all it was a horrible experince in a nasty room oh and the door jam was broke so the door wouldnt close and lock properly

During my stay a maintenance person had the audacity to enter my room without knocking. Not once did this person knock on the door, he assumed it was empty and let himself in with a master key! Upon calling front desk, I was told he was an outside contractor and the clerk did apologize but the rest of stay was uneasy. I wanted to leave right there and then but would have lost my money since no refunds are given for booking online.

The most horrible experience ever, front desk staff was horrible, there was a hole in our room door, no toilet paper or towels, a bunch of drug users outside of the room and hotel, a lot of bed bugs and cockroaches, it smelled like cigarettes, this hotel is a environmental hazard. We immediately packed our stuff and took ourselves to another hotel, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tweekers everywhere
We canceled are stay because we did not feel safe with tweekers working on thier cars in the parking lot and the construction going on. The room had a horrible chemical smell and was making me cough, sheets had noticeable stains and questionable stain all over the headboard. No pool even though it shows a picture of a working pool and lists a pool under amenities. We paid $15 cash extra for our dog and they refused to at least refund that since we literally walked in and walked back out. This place is not a hotel but more like a homeless shelter. I would suggest closing all together!

The motel staff was lovely, but the place itself could be better. It was very run down, loud, and had a weird smell. The beds had that plastic sheet-type material, and one of the pillows was a tiny throw pillow size. I was too tired to care, but I wouldn't stay there again as a single woman traveling. Lots of dogs and freeway noise as well. I'm sorry, hotel staff, for this review - you were great, but the place needs some work!

The staff was nice and friendly. The bathroom linoleum floors and room floor were dirty, the coffee maker was broken (the water came out the bottom), there was no hair dryer in the room and the bedspreads were ripped. Many times the entire floor smelled of pot. We also only had one hand towel and two bath towels for two days. Should have read the reviews before booking.
