It’s was very horrible stay the hotel was not clean the bathroom are dirty and old there was less of amenities they gave me a room in the last floor the know i have a 5 month old baby and over all they called them self resort they are far away to be 4 star hotel and the price was very high for such services

The room in which you stayed, is a standard room with a nature view and a large garden, as written on your reservation form.I tried to get information by meeting with the reception team which performs your check-in and check-out procedures and the housekeeping team serves you in room cleaning.Your room was cleaned with great care by the housekeeping staff, its cleaning was verified by the floor manager and recorded daily. If you had informed us during your stay that the cleanliness was not sufficient for you, we could clean your room again to your satisfaction.We inform you that such complaints are rare in our hotel and we hope that you will give us a chance to host you better in our hotel on your next visit to Bodrum.Best regards
The Ramada is a great hotel just outside Bitez and with easy access to Bodrum. The hotel facilities are really nice - the gym and spa are amazing! Great breakfast, beautiful pool and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing, but needs to do more onsite entertainment
An amazing location in Bodrum with really friendly staff.
One thing that was a disappointment was the lack of evening entertainment. There is a rooftop bar that was not open and an opportunity for live music onsite to increase revenue and make people stay on ten hotel property… instead we went to the town center for the night.

Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. We have we had to delay our stay another week due to weather conditions in London. They have communicated with us straight and changed our stay free of charge, really happy with a customer service.

The accommodation rooms was NOT accessible by walking the rooms was unsafe, the foot and breakfast was awful, not clean, the room service was very expensive .. every thing was annoying, simple thing are not avail for example charger adaptation

This was legit the worst hotel I stayed at in turkey. It was dirty with stains left and right, everything looked old and out of date, it was overall horrible. The only nice part is the the outside of the reception.

The stay was excellent all around and had no complaints. All the staff are really helpful and polite and always go out of their way to ensure they’re helping you. Proactive customer service at its best. The premises is really luxurious and big and caters to all the services you may need. The gym is really large as well and has all the equipment needed. Though I understand the level of service provided, but the food is really expensive and not sustainable if you’re staying longer than a few days.
