"Our room had an ant infestation and we found crumbs under our bed. We asked the front desk to please send up someone to vacuum the room and spray for the ants while we went out for the night. It was not done. We had to clean up under the bed when we got back late and keep killing the ants. Ew! We showed them videos of all the ants, but still nothing was done. No elevator and I have a very hard time with stairs. They offered for us to move from the 1st floor (which is one flight up already), to the second or third floor. I would have gladly taken them up on their offer, but my knees would not allow it. Also, guests would leave garbage around. A drinking cup here, Andes candies wrappers there, which I am sure happens, but not enough staff to keep up with the keep up."
