"Their pool and restaurant were closed for renovations which we were okay with. The guy at the front desk had an attitude, was clear he was receiving lots of complaints from guests. The first thing he said was "the pool and restaurant are closed for renovations so this is your last chance to cancel the reservation." The rooms were nice and clean, but everything outside of the room was horrible. The hallways smelled bad. They offered breakfast in the AM and it was inedible. There was French toast that was sitting out uncovered, one option of cereal, and stale muffins. There was a refrigerator with some things in it, but it wasn't cold enough. Worst breakfast I've ever seen in a hotel. When we asked about it, they said it's usually better when the restaurant is open. This was all disappointing, and it felt like they should have been offering a discount for how horrible everything was. If it weren't for the room being clean, I would have not been able to stand staying there. The front desk guy gave more attitude to my friend when she was trying to get the internet to work. Bad service but I also feel like he was in a bad position because they likely get complaints every day and he's just the messenger."

"The room carpet was filthy, our feet got black with dirt just walking in our room. The fridge was not cold, or even cool, it was plugged in and no interior controls. The furniture in the lobby is tired, worn and stained. The breakfast was pretty good, not great. Definitely needs maintenance, corner tile pieces missing, carpet base was shredded and a blind person did the tub caulk."

"Nice, clean, comfortable place to spend the night and for a reasonable price. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine (fairly standard hotel breakfast). Would stay there again."

"Room was great, mine had fresh paint, new sink, lamps, etc and brand new carpet. Bed also appeared new and was very comfortable. Check in was problem free. Didn’t appreciate all of the 5000k light bulb use in the room, it’s just too bright but a new fad in the hotel industry. They seem to fill up at night with decent occupancy. I was awoken to adults screaming in a neighboring room with subsequent dog barking and more screaming from their children 4:30am, this went on for some time. As I did nothing to actually solve the problem, I cannot fault the property or staff but I had a suspicion something like this could happen given the location and the very affordable price. Overall, a good stay and would likely stay again but ask for a corner room if possible to avoid other guests."

"The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved."
