I was traveling with my son, we were given a room with an adjoining door, which we neither wanted or asked for. We pushed furniture in front of the door, then continued to hear sex noises in the next room all night. It seemed a little unsafe as well.

For the money it was good and the staff, as always, were great. I stay here twice a year for five nights each time. People if you're looking for a perfect room go to the Hyatt Regency and see how much it cost you, but if you're on a budget like me, Day's Inn works, not all but most, especially this one.

Everything was cool but yhe bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and the people next door in 114 were in and out all night slamming the door hardly got any sleep will be staying here again

No ice, lack of pillow choices
The man the checked is in was so friendly and informative! The only I've machine was broken, which was disappointing. The heat had not been on in or room. It was very cold and took almost two hours to get up to 70 degrees. I understand they after trying to save money but we had a reservation, please turn on the heat, even at ,56 to get ready. There were lots of pillows but they all seemed to be the same. I needed something softer. I ended up trying to sleep without one to ease my stuff neck

Great Hotel
I am in Birmingham frequently for business and this is my favorite place to stay. It's an excellent value. The price can't be beat. Love the pillows, the mattress, even the Cable TV line up. Staff are super friendly, location is great--close to the office and to shopping/restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Don't waste your time nor money at this dirt box.
Desk clerk was rude and disrespectful rooms are dirty furniture has holes in it and been needing replaced and room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like nothing but smoke it was terrible hey need to shut down this location....

I was going to a funeral and arrived early. Im elderly and Shawn and Maryann were instrumental at getting me in early and allowed me to prop my feet up for 30 minutes before i had to leave. Theyll never know how much i appreciate their kind service..

A piece of furniture was broken a chair my husband fell out of the chair we reported it the manager claim we broke the chair on purpose left the chair in the room never removed the chair did not get my proper stay

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Our tv volume was slightly loud and one of the staff members knocked on our door very hard and started yelling at us. We told him it was our tv and he said we were lying and that he would call the cops and kick us out. Bathrooms were very dirty and all the towels had weird stains on them.

The property feels unclean. Our nonsmoking room had cigarette burns on the bed and reeked of smoke. The people above us were so noisy our dogs wouldn’t settle. And they had a hidden pet fee. Wish we hadn’t had to stay here overnight and definitely won’t be staying here again

Room was very clean, staff was super friendly (especially Shawn at the front desk!). We were there for soccer but the room was very clean and comfortable!

Fine place to stay for the price and location. Has all you need, nothing fancy but gets the job done. Myles at the front desk was great to deal with.
