We thought we might be taking a chance with some of the reviews i read...Very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and nice, actual Keurig in the room. The pool was super great, the breakfast was average for most hotels, very good and fresh. ACTUALLY super excited to stay tgere again. Grandkids loved it!

Check in was quick and easy. Building was older and needs some maintenance. Door handle was loose and held together by a wing nut. Fridge had left over food and was turned off so it smelled. Bathroom was tiny, barely room to close the door.

Not like I remember it. Ok for the price. I really like their breakfast. Pool is good. Room is clean, but walls are too thin. Bed was ancient. Don’t stay on the second floor because there’s no elevator to lug your luggage in. I probably won’t stay here again.

The freezer in our room was filthy with spilt chocolate milk everywhere, the doors from the outside were always unlocked. You never had to use your hotel key to get in the building through the side doors

Rooms and outside of building are in big need of repair. I booked hotel partially because of pool and waterslide shown in pics. When checking in found out that the water slide was an extra fee per person which is ridiculous, and should be listed when looking to reserve a room.

There was blood on the lamp shade, sticky bathroom floors, dirty shower and sheets. Would not let us cancel- found a different hotel anyways. Terrible.

The place is a very good place would be a very nice place if it could be updated the rooms are filthy the property is going downhill just like everything in the world I'm sure it's staff and not wanting to do their job properly but management and ownership should take responsibility it's sad because it would really be a nice place

The microwave in the room didn't work very well. Took 10 minutes to heat up something. Pool was nice, kids loved it. Breakfast was alright, biscuits were hard. Staff was pretty good. Felt like I was called a name when I pronounced Wyndham wrong though. Overall it was a good stay. I might stay there again.

Called and solidified reservations ahead of booking requesting adjoining rooms. Confirmed with staff explained it was for my 12 year daughters birthday party and we needed adjoining rooms. Put in notes as well. Only to arrive at the hotel an they give us two rooms not adjoining and inform me that if it’s my daughters birthday I was gonna have to pay another 250.00 for the usage of the pool. Was not agreed to ahead of time. Caught in a bind as friends of daughter showing up. Staff was very rude and then later said we will give u adjoining rooms . So we go pack up all our things and wait and wait and wait , only to be told they gave them to someone else!!I will NEVER NEVER STAY THERE Again. Rooms were dirty and musty.

You have to pay extra to utilize the waterslide.
Picked this location for the water slide in the pool. When we got there we were informed we would have to pay an extra $5 per kid per day for our kids to use the slide. Also one front desk employee told us we could have drinks at the pool as long as they stayed on a table, then another one came in and made us take them out and said they are not allowed. There were no pool towels available either.

When I pulled up and parked, there was a guy getting sexual favors in the car park next to me I had to pay extra $20 for two kids that were two and five on top of an extra to ride the waterslide in their cold pool. Then I was approached by other guests who are headed to the front desk to demand refunds because of bedbugs. The second night I was supposed to stay Christmas Eve with my family my two year old grandson picked up drug paraphernalia from under their bed and when I brought it to the front desk, staff threw it away. Acted like it was nothing offered no options no refund only offered to call the cops because I was screaming at her, no doubt screaming is an understatement. My two year-old grandson picked up drug paraphernalia could have stuck it in his mouth and they refused to do anything about it except make me leave after paying $120 to stay there that night I don’t recommend Howard Johnson as I will be calling the health department and filing complaints against the officers that came down because their response was this isn’t the best hotel to stay in Billings , maybe they should put that on their website out-of-towners don’t know !!! I fully intend on seeking this and getting justice for all those that have been done wrong by this company! as having worked for this company in another town I am well aware of what could have been done to solve the issue and how it should’ve been handled. When I tried to give it to the lady at the front desk, she herself would not

The room had hair in the tub. The bed was clearly not made with new linens the sheets were terribly wrinkled. There was no coffee in my room and the "breakfast" was terrible. Eggs were watery and the gravy for the biscuits was a awful brown color. Not cream gravy. The hot tub was clean but they did not adhere to the no kids rule in the pool after 10.

The hall way smelled like pot and cigarettes as we walked to our room. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. Felt like you were going to fall over when you sat on it. There was stuff in the sink, not enough towels. Then there was sticky stuff stuck to the dresser. Very uncomfortable beds. Then my 16 yr old ended up sick and i asked for a late check out because we had some shopping to do and i wanted him to rest. The morning desk clerk was kinda snotty about it and said she could only give me a half hour extra. We will never stay here again..
