Days Inn by Wyndham Billings

2/10 Terrible

"First room on the first floor had broken window and door. Would not deadbolt. Moved to another room. Rooms were filthy dirty and had to clean and wipe down just to stand to be in the room. Washcloth was black from wiping down. We checked out early and stayed at another hotel it was so bad but still had to pay for the stay. A total party drunk fest with the guests. Very loud and slamming doors. Breakfast was small and limited. My car received damage in the parking lot."

"Staff nice they need to keep their dolly on main floor It’s not the staff is fault but they need to keep those because it took me nine trips to my truck to put everything in. I was tired, but I did it but other than that everything else was nice. They should have breakfast there, but that’s another story. Thank you."

"Room was clean with adequate bathing items : towels/cloths; kerig coffe pads and coffee maker a plus ; I asked and received extra for each day as we were booked for a week but too bad I booked via Expedia and did not arrive till after minute about 1:00 AM on 6-03-26 vs 6-02-26 due to an extra 2 hour delay in Dallas/Ft Worth airport due to weather and air controller issues . Comfortable bed and cool AC . Breakfast each morning good related to coffee , not enough protein or fruit items ( they had milk, yogurt cups , patty sausage maybe turkey processed . Vicinity and proximity to all points of interest in downtown Billings and to airport , Logan-Billings airport ease of access with walking or auto travel ( I rented a car.) Billings is a very clean , well Maintained city sidewalks , highways and being near the hospital , Billings Clinic was a safety issue with beautiful tree lined streets in that locale . Many sites to see and the Rimrocks and Riverfront Parks were fantastic with trails and walking areas ."
