the receptionist staff have been very helpful and made myself and my 3 years old daughter very comfortable since the beginning. the room was very clean and well furnished. When we've arrived in the room on the second floor it was just too hot for my taste but opening the window was enough, however I've had prompt response from the reception for all my requests. I've really liked the interior design and the breakfast. sure I will return.

Pictures look better than actual condition
This is really more like a two star hotel than a four star, as others have said. Thus its really not worth the price. The pictures look better than the actual condition of the place. But overall the stay was OK for a two stars hotel. The rooms are soundproofed and pretty quiet, the place is clean, the toilets are quite new but the room needs an update. It does the job if youre staying for one night and if they lower the price to reflect the Condition of the place. Breakfast was pretty good, they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages, so it wasnt fully continental. Service was fine.

It was just an ok hotel. The reason what we book this was because of the airport shuttle but we call them and they said to just take a taxi they are not doing that for 2 people .hotel is really far from the city and nothing around.Also wasn’t as picture it was really bad and weird . I didn’t like at all . It could be a 2 star hotel not welcoming or good .

A good hotel in between Bergamo and the airport
We chose this hotel as a mid-way point between the airport and Bergamo and because it had included free parking. The localization was as expected, close to the city (by car) and quick to arrive to the airport (by car). The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and of high quality.

Easy check-in and great location near the airport. Nice wellness center, although hot-tub was a little cool and snack area could use fresher snacks and sturdy cups for hot liquids.

Good size room ,with tea/ coffee facilities ( but no milk provided) , good bathroom with shower gel, shampoo etc. Good parking facilities. Room was a little noisy as it’s on a flight path. Restaurant wasn’t very good as the food was all microwave meals.

Quirky and unusual style but comfortable small hotel with helpful friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very good continental style and for the money you cannot fault it. Would definitely recommend as a good base for a short break in Bergamo with great cheap transport links, bus or train, to the city and not to far from the airport.

Location is odd, only way to get to airport at off peak time is taxi Room was nasty.. very dirty floor and we saw more than three spiders. Couple of them on the bed!!! Hotel is looking desperately for ways to charge you extra.

Very close (10 minute drive) to Bergamo airport and 4 min walk to Stezzano station. Conveniently located and good value for money. Room was clean. Bathroom could be a little more upgraded, but clean.

Amazing and in a fantastic spot
The hotel is amazing. The only one negative point was the waiter in the restaurant who provide very poor service. The food was wrong, the price was wrong and he did nothing to fix it.

The hotel is in a good location if you are looking for a place in close proximity to the airport but not too close to hear the airplanes noise. It’s called Art Hotel and I know art is subjective thing but the lobby and reception were way too creepy looking for my taste. The room on the contrary was in a nice, simple design, spacious, comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi connection was good, too. They have free parking which was a plus for us.

We used the hotel prior to flying from Bergamo airport and it is unusual having a unique facade and many pieces of art on show. Beyond that the hotel was ok but rather average, certainly not 4 stars as advertised. Pros ~ comfortable room, close to the airport, good breakfast. Cons ~ decor in rooms look tired, wellness centre only open in the evening, bistrot food was very poor and part of it microwaved, If you're looking for a short stay place near the airport it's fine but don't expect too much.

This is our fifth visit, exceptionally good
From the moment you arrive you are given five star treatment, from the friendly staff, the facities through to a very enjoyable breakfast. Extremely great value for the money.
