Unable to meet commitment. Lack in communication. Was a very unhappy guest. I spent hours at the reception desk explaining a no show for one of the rooms. The diplomat checked in for a couple of hours and checked out.

Hotel was kind of run down. Had a really funky smell on our floor. The room wasnt that good. Comfortable good bed. Inadequate lighting. Electric ports not good, hard to get chargers to work properly. Inadequate lighting. Dirty bathtub. Check in was not pleasant. Had a rude check in person. Feel like I could get more for what I paid.

Liked the large spacious room and the service was good. Friendly staff. Did not like the loud music coming from Bangalore Club, opposite the hotel. The music went on till quite late in the nights.
