Not the best staff and not well trained. Check in and out was a procedure and terrible security personal. In India no one walks around with their passport. They would not let me daughter in after she showed them her passport on the phone plus a drivers licence. They argued with us in the lobby. Never going there again.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel in the heart of Koramangala. The plus points are: quiet location, courteous staff, good food options and spacious rooms. The only minus is that finding a public transport (say an Uber ride or metro) is a hassle from the hotel.

The staff are amazing. The kitchen is also talented. If offered, accept the board deal. Also, the hotel has partnered to offer an affordable same day laundry. Every odd issue I had while traveling, including becoming ill, the hotel helped.
Arrogant and rude individual who checked us in.. He was on an another phone while he served us and spoke to us and treated us with unacceptable levels of rudeness and attitude.. Been a Grand Mercure customer for 5 years and this level of customer service is unacceptable..
Very poorly managed. Buffet breakfast and dinner were pooer than any hotel I have ever travelled. Even quality of food was very poor. Lastly, they are hugely understaffed with no one to attend at gym and at pool which I feel is way too risky, leave aside discomfort.
Adequate property which could do with some improve
It was a comfortable stay apart from the practice of taking a pre-authorised advance for incidentals(despite having paid the room rent in advance), which only caused confusion during checkout. Lovely location. The room's furniture could use some renovation.

The staff was actually rude while checking in i had booked a 2 bedroom suite shich fits for 4 adults they actually charged me again for 2 adults . I rate the staff worst never will i recomend this hotel and the food is terrible over all experience was foul

Good practical hotel for my business stay. Rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. Air-con was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Area is quiet and residential, and grounds are small. Personally I found the mattress too hard, but that's a preference.....
Overall a good hotel and an enjoyable stay.
