Air conditioning didnt work and customer service slow to respond. The front desk staff was unorganized, and although there were multiple people at the front desk everybody needed to ask someone else to get answers or to respond to my requests. The car service travel desk was the most reliable, otherwise the front desk was useless. I had multiple calls (about 4) the morning of my departure asking me what time I was departing. I told them 4x. Also my air conditioning didnt work all night, I struggled getting my room service order correct, and had wifi problems which delayed me checking into my flight for 2 hours. Everything seemed really slow to respond and overall rate the customer service 2/10. I also asked the front desk if they would accommodate me in any way for my inconveniences of stay and they said no. That says a lot about customer service at a resort. The resort itself is really beautiful, rooms are nice and pool was great, although would have loved some lounge chairs by the pool to lay on.
