Good venue, close to town and fabulous breakfast!
Room was basic but perfectly usable, with a TV inc DVD, sink, hanging space, chair, lamp and bedside tables. Oh and a bed! Lol Nice reception, very nice eating area and fabulous breakfast!

Another great stay.
Second stay at this property and used it as a base to travel into London. Warm welcome as always, very clean room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly which makes the stay so much better. Great value for money and only a 10 minute walk to the train station and town centre. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely little B&B with private off road car park and walking distance to Bedford station. Simple manned check-in, nice room, comfy bed, small en-suite and a nice simple breakfast the next day

Nice enough place
Poor little chap seemed to be running the whole place alone. Breakfast was a bit naff but free. Worth it for a cheap no frills night.

I arrived, with what I think was the owner who was very miserable and not very welcoming, I got into my room which was ok but very very cold the second night I asked for the heating to be turned on to the disappointment of again what I think was the owner and that did not happen for another hour. The shower was dreadful and the hot water turned into very cold water after only a few minutes which did not help as the room was freezing. I decided to not stay the second night and stopped somewhere else as it was like sleeping outside. The bar facilities was dreadful no soft drinks at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great place, clean and the breakfast was tasty. Staff was nice and welcoming. The room was quite plain but clean and tidy, and the shared bathroom was spotless.

Fire alarm went off at 1am for not explained reason. Rooms were very basic, no air conditioning and old, internet was intermittent and bathrooms were shared. Having said the breakfast was passable.

Wasn’t made welcome at all, and the place looked more like it was a hostel. Make shift shower way to small. But not made to feel welcome was the worst bit felt uncomfortable

Great value! good location close to train station and town center, our bedroom was basic and all that we needed, shared bathrooms are nice and clean, good breakfast, wifi worked well, and special appreciation to the staff who is very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we're in Bedford. Perfect little B&B!

A lovely place to stay for 3 friends celebrating their bday! Nice clean hotel but what made the experience amazing were the wonderful and attentive staff, the lovely receptionist who immediately made us feel at home, going out of his way to make sure we were aware of all the local attractions and Luciano at breakfast! A wonderful host who made sure all our breakfast needs were met with excellent service with a smile! Delicious breakfasts and such good value for money, thank you to all the staff ☺️✨🙏

Nice hotel and area, 15 minute to city centre, on arrival was met on arrival buy a person who was not the owner, who spoke broken English and not friendly, after waiting for I assume the owner who was friendly helpful etc, nice room, very friendly staff and breakfast good so a good hotel and a nice area

Nice hotel with breakfast included. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. If you don't have an en suite room the bathrooms are spacious with excellent showers

The room had been painted and the smell was terrible. The hotel was full so there was no other room available. Wanted to keep windows open but the room was on the first floor in the front so security was an issue. The shower had no hot water on the 2nd day. The shower and bathroom area was very small and difficult to use. The hotel staff were very good and did what they could.
