It was very noisy - could not sleep. Tight on busy road. Curtains too short to cover light coming in from windows. Staff friendly and clean just way too noisy

Great stay in great location. The only negative was the ice machine was broken & no indoor pool or hot tub. Otherwise, perfect stay! Staff super friendly, beautiful views, great gym, very clean & spacious room. Will stay here every time I’m in Baton Rouge.

Unbelievable. After check-in we dropped our stuff and left for 2 hours to return to find water on the floor around the toilet & the tank running. When I lifted the top off the tank, a hose was loose & sprayed water everywhere. I shut the valve off, replaced the tube, turned the water on-only for the tube to come loose again, so I called the front desk. When I told the man that I found water on the floor, his immediate response was that a tube must have come loose and was leaking, so they clearly already knew what the exact issue was. He said he'd come up & take a look. When he got there he said he could put the tube back in the hole. After explaining that I already tried that, it comes right back out when the water is back on, he said that's all he could do & maintenance would have to come the next day. I told him we would be checking out the next morning. Rather than offering us a new room or any other logical solution, he told me to just turn the valve on/off when we needed to use it. Seriously? Before leaving, he noticed the toilet paper was soaked from the squirting tube. When he saw that housekeeping failed to have another roll stocked in the room, he told me I could swing by the front desk for a new roll if I wanted one & left me with 1/4 roll that was soggy and no offer to BRING me one. FINAL STRAW? When he left, I used things I had with me to rig up the toilet for the night and while doing that, noticed a crack pipe in the bottom of the tank!! Unbelievable.

The compressor on the A/C unit was very loud when the air conditioning started. It would startled us in our sleep. Both bedroom lamps didn’t work. The front desk staff even confirmed that several room a/c units needed to be serviced.

Great property close to LSU. We travelled with our pet while visiting and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Only a few minor issues, our A/C unit was incredibly loud. Thankfully the weather was mild and we didn’t need it on for long. And we were missing the bedding for the pull out sofa. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Pet relief area was right by the entrance which made it convenient for our pup. We will def stay again next time we’re in town.

We stayed for only one night. We booked a two bedroom with a kitchenette. We had everything we needed and everything was clean. I would recommend this property.

We were in Baton Rouge for our granddaughter’s LSU graduation. The hotel was very close to campus. The staff was very friendly. Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
