My room was basic but it had all that I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable. There was ample space to store my weekend baggage and hang my clothes. I used the safe in the room with no problems. The WIFI worked well. Special mention should be made of the staff at the front desk, they were very helpful and courteous. I arrived quite a bit early and they made it easy to store my bag until I came back for check-in time. They were a pleasure to deal with, especially when coming back to collect my room key at the end of the day.

Hostal centric was a very clean environment, located in a very convenient spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Only down side is that the room we had was very small.

Great staff!
The hotel was reasonable for the price. The location was not exactly what we were hoping for. The staff is what made our stay pleasurable! Great service and very informative!

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We had a small balcony in the bathroom, which was very lovely. The location of the hotel is so convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you, Hostal Centric!

At the front desk, Antonio was amazing! He knew the day we were leaving and flying home, and called to tell us that the airport was experiencing a strike. They even had a laminated copy with hours of operation for the Aerobus. Room had a balcony- very cool. WiFi and AC worked perfectly- everything was clean and functional. The bathroom has full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, and you can rent plug adapters and all kinds of things from the front desk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice space for a couple days.

What was unique was that when my wife had a heart attack we were not able to go on our trip. We ask for the return of our money and they agreed to return half. We book through Expedia and are not happy with their attempt to recover our money.

We have two different rates, normal rate (which allows cancellation) and non refundable prepaid rate which benefits from a lower price but doesn't allow any cancellation or refund at any case. Overall very nice. Cute little lobby. Very tight room. Brought us a nice little crib for our toddler! Felt safe and clean enough! Hot water was off and on. Two of 3 service providers were excellent.

Excellent Hotel great for a weekend away
Whilst the rooms are on the smaller side every other element of this hotel was brilliant. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, the area had lots of bars and reataurants, and location wise it's very close to 3 stations (two different lines I think) and a 10-15 min walk to Las Ramblas. I'd happily stay here again.

Very centrally located hence the name. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, if a decent walker. Walkable to la Rambla and Gothic area. On a quiet street but near so much.

Clean and Convenient
The hotel was amazing, as well as the hotel staff. It was conveniently located. Albert was extremely helpful and gave us wonderful tips regarding food and tourist activities. Being able to leave our luggage int the lockers after checkout was extremely helpful also. Thank you Hostal Centric!

We stayed at Hostal Centric two times, before and after our cruise. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Albert Guijarro at the Front Desk. Great safe location, several restaurants around the neighborhood and walking distance to most places such as La Rambla, Placa de Catalunya to mention a few. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and comfortable beds. Reasonable rate and pay when you stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Barcelona. We highly recommend the hotel!

Centrally located and cozy
Hostal Centric was very central to all the places I wanted to go to. The room itself was a comfortable size, wonderful mattress and rainfall type showered head. There are many affordable dining and coffee options near by. The staff were available 24/7 and were very friendly.

Wonderful Hostal
Lovely hotel and the staff are super friendly, very easy access to La Rambla and many other attractions and the metro. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

We stayed at Hastal Centric last weekend and were surprised by how nice it was for the price we paid. Although the room was on the smal sidel it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were excellent and made form memory foam. So comfortable I am going to buy some for home. We also had a small balcony which was great for watching the world go by and at night it was nice and quiet. We found the Hotel to be well situated and as we like wallking, we walked everywhere we visited. Love Barcelona and will definitely stay here again. X
