The property offers nothing advertised on Expedia. It is a dangerous laneway with graffiti, inability to contact owners. I sought refund and relocation from Expedia. It’s disgusting and dangerous. Terrible

Good for a short stay without kids
The place is clean and the guy at the recepción is super kind and helpful; however the apartment is not great and the street where it’s located is definitely not the best one. Location is good, but I wouldn’t go back with my kids.

I would have given better reviews but we can hear everything from other apartments if people are up partyi for walking around. Even when the cleaning lady was cleaning we could hear and I did complain. Otherwise it was a cute place and in a great location but kind of hard to find at first

Nice to have a lift as we are on the third floor. Spacious apartment with all the necessities. Very close to La Ramblas and the Barcelona Cathedral. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Amazing location right in the heart of La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Apartment itself had been decorated nicely and generally fitted out well. The beds were small singles which made sleep uncomfortable and the second bedroom was very small with little room for bags. Some might find the lift a little claustrophobic... only room for 2 people without being jammed together. As no dish washer, tea towels need to be provided.

Our stay was great. We loved the room and the decor inside. Adding on, it was a convenient location since there were a bunch of dinning areas and activities that were walking distance. The only thing that bothered us is that when we arrived after 2:30 we had to walk 15 to 20 minutes through the crowds just to pick up the keys. It was hot and we had to drag the luggages, which ended up hitting a lot of people throughout the walk. I wish the hotel arranged better service for example having a key box for us to self check in it for there to be somebody there after 2:30 to help us get in. Also, the alley that we had to walk in to get to the front door was very shady and it stank and when we got in all we smelt was smoke. Overall, the room was amazing and we loved the fact that the apartment had an elevator.

Good stay at La Rambla
The apartment is in a brilliant location - right on La Rambla. The place itself was clean and the receptionists were helpful. The only downside is that the receptionists are only there till 2:30pm so if you do not check-in before that, you have to go to a different location (10 mins walk) to get your keys. Other than that, all well.

Do not stay there. We left out luggage with the concierge and they stole money, jewelery and habdbag worth thousands of dollars. Worse, they are telling me it's impossible that the item got stollen and that the cameras are only at the entrance and don't monitor luggages!!! Spain is known for pick pockets but you don't expect to be robbed at your hotel when you leave your luggage!!!

Horrible place. No sun light. Very old building and stair cases not well maintained. Very small and crowded with furniture and extremely overpriced. We paid $450 per night. This is worth $200 at best because of it's great location.

The building is historic but renovated and totally new inside, all the rooms have solar light and all the common areas are impeccable so that the comment you made is hardly about our apartments and it is also totally impossible that you have paid € 450 per One night because our price is not so high, when you comment on a hotel or apartments, the least you can do is tell the truth. Carlos Loza, the property manager was excellent. We arrived early and left late. He checked us in early, so we could take in the sights. Handled all our luggage, family of 5! Highly recommend.

A truly authentic Barcelona experience right near Las Ramblas. My only suggestion is to check in before 2:30 pm to avoid the check in close to a mile away at the Barcelona Hotel. The Barcelona Hotel where late check ins are taken is more than a 20 minute walk to the property and even with a map is tricky to find-especially at night! If you have trouble with stairs avoid this property as stairs are long, narrow, and steep. The elevator is super small. Very adorable place though once you find it!

Convenient location and easy check-in process even though front desk hour is limited (8:30am-2:30pm?) My room was not ready when I checked in around 11:30 but front desk held my luggage and sent to the room when it became available and I didn't need to go back and retrieve them at 2:30. TV requires special instruction to see anything - too lazy to read the instruction.

Location is great. Just off the Ramblas and across the street from the Bocaria. The main issue is that you can hear the noise from the other tenants day and night.

Very old with character with modern fittings. There was enough hot water for 3 showers although there were 4 of us, but that’s at no fault of the property, but my teenage boys. The kitchen appliances were fine and we ate in one night. It’s handy for morning breakfast. The location cannot be bettered, only a stones throw from La Rambla and we couldn’t believe how quiet it was considering it’s proximity. The reception couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. They were there until 2pm each day for general assistance.

Old world steps hard to use for my wife and to carry luggage but a lot more space for the same money as a small hotel room. Lady manager very accommodating on check in and check out with some personal external issues effecting our stay.

Very good location. But furniture is very bad quality also the apartment very cold because bad windows and doors. Bad beds and no one come to clean. I’m not recommend this apartment for family. You can get better than this apartment for the same money .
