I'll start off by saying the staff are excellent and this is not on them. They were very helpful. Unfortunately the building and room were in rough shape. Not very clean in the washroom. The room was tiny, and not really usable, it made us claustrophobic. Worse, you can literally hear conversations through the walls, and the ventilation does the Opposite of what the thermostat says, literally heating instead of cooling. It was a nightmate.

We had a window to inside indoor courtyard. It was very noisy, we could hear all our neighbors. Breakfast is very limited selection. There was no Buffett but served to your table and there is no option for you to choose. Stayed for 3 nights and exact same breakfast. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is well maintained, the room is large, the bed is big and the mattress is firm ( very comfortable to sleep on), the cooking facility is good and a foldaway dining table plus a writing desk are provided in addition to a sofa. The bathroom is big and clean. The wi-fi is fast. The location is excellent - quiet side street. Fontana metro station (which is on the Green line and only a couple of stations away from the city centre) and bus stations are only 100 metres away. Nearby are restaurants, a bakery and a convenience store. Above all, the staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Great location but a little too warm.
I have stayed there multiple times in the past two years. It is always clean with a very friendly staff. This time the room was quite warm making it difficult to sleep. The front desk said it was because the AC system had been shut down for the season. Not a good idea as the customer should be able to control it to their own comfort level. Especially when it warms up substantially during the day. I did turn on the fan but it only improved the situation a bit.
