It is a lovely big clean hotel with friendly staff. My room was newly renovated. The hotel is under renovation at this time. Upon leaving I asked for the restrooms but I couldn’t find them, there were no signs to guide people. The same with the area where breakfast was being served. It’s big enough to get a little lost.

Room smelt of sewage. Hotel has been under construction for over 3 years now. Check in time was later than booking confirmation stated, woman checking me in acted as if she was doing me a favor by checking me in at 2pm rather than 3pm, when my confirmation clearly stated 2pm check in. Advertised printing & fax facilities, but this is just the reception, had to email personal documents to the receptions email address and stand back and watch her struggle to print them giving me no reassurance that my personal details had been deleted after they were printed. Checked out, booked elsewhere

Far away from main city . Hotel on "no can do"mode
Got room at cheap price. But so was the experience. Hotel is located far away from city,one ends up paying more on taxi fare than the room itself. Its 25km from anything happening. Had to ammend the plan because of expensive rides. Hotel had some srious makeover to do.. we were welcomed by a road crusher in front of hotel. The hotel staff has no can do policy. Hotel room (superior) was ordinary. Nothing special about the stay. My sugeestion for all is to find a hotel near central bangkok. Room walls very thin. No inroom facility. Room service okey.. but expensive. No airport drop. Just ordinary service

The pillow is too hard. The shower is very light water pressure. You cannot have your hair wash. I stayed for three nights with suffering. Had informed the staffs, but nothing response till you checked out. Not impressed.

Great hotel let down by level of service.
Room service got our food order wrong but we still had to pay. I know it isn't much money but it's not the point, they should own up to their mistakes. Also no tea or coffee in the room so bring your own! Housekeeping excellent as usual so will stay again. :)

For overnight would suggest elsewhere
Hotel is under major add on construction with building works starting around 8am. Very noisy. Staff were having very loud conversations in the hallways seeming to forget people are sleeping at 4:30am. Breakfast ~ cold and best to avoid even at the low price. Don't normally give bad reviews but really they could try much better .

Fabulous place you have, and the Nippon toilets
Very close to the DPU Convention Center with shuttle service that they provided. Nice rooms with Japanese toilets. That alone would give this place a 5 Star in my book. Looking forward to going there again.

Have stayed here before,but won't stay again.we were charged extra for bed 750bht per night .booked for three nights.second night kept awake till 4.30 in the morning due to rowdy guests.we missed breakfast due to overlaying and lack of sleep.last day went down for breakfast and only chinese style available,even my wife who is Thai couldn't eat what she was given.left totally unhappy and cheated.the staff were indifferent and inexperienced.also building work causing smells around block b area where we were accommodated ,have not one good thing to say about our stay.wont be staying again.my advice don't go there!.

Hotel staff are professional and courteous. The only thing I found lacking is a Business Center. A hotel such as this should provide the business traveler with access to a business center/computer service.

This place was terrible.
Bathroom had ants crawling. Looked nice in the pictures but it was crappy and old. Room looked scary and old. Bed was hard and uncomfortable

Comfortable and relaxing
Quite a spacious room with a huge king size bed. Firm mattress. Lovely clean linen, good pillows - nice for propping up in front of the wide screen TV. Good internet service each floor has their own. Bath with good hot water.

first time we stay had a superior room for the same price much better than this time and quieter no construction near the room , somewhat disappointed only four days later.

Good hotel in good location
Excellent service by the staff, the taxi door was opened by them before I could do it myself, they were also there the following day with umbrellas ready as it was raining when we returned to the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, except for the pillows which were a little to hard for our tastes. There is a "Big C" supermarket across the road, accessible by a footbridge, with a food court with a good choice and very reasonable prices.

Great beds!
I loved the coffee they served at breakfast. Usually in Asia you have to drink some pretty average coffee. At this hotel you are able to have an unlimited amount of espresso. Just go up, click, mix and drink. It was great. I also like the different Thai dishes.

One night stay between flights
My girlfriend and I were staying at this hotel between flights from the main airport to regional one. The goal of our stay was to shower (we came from Montreal, Canada so, we had a very long flight), sleep a bit and get a "normal" breakfast. First, it was nice to have front desk staff all night as we arrived at 2:00 AM. We got the room at a discount on Expedia for about 50 CAD so for the price, the room was nice enough, beds were not too hard, not too mushy... just right. It did not smell bad (some hotel rooms do) though in the morning there was a bad smell coming in the always open louvers of the bathroom. You only need to keep the bathroom door closed if you want to keep the room cooler and keep away the smell. The staff was courteous, though not every one understands English (except for the front desk staff). If you want breakfast, you need to add that to the room price as it's not included. Overall a good experience for what it is and it only took about 10-15 minutes from the hotel to the regional airport at 7:00 AM on a week day.

Good hotel, excellent staff and service. Hotel location is a bit isolated, its in the area of a government building precinct - so you will need a taxi to get out and about.
