Open the door with a key, not a key card, so it's old-school. But a good size room for the money. Everything I needed.

They were not expecting me and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in. I was not escorted in to the room and had to grope around in the dark for the light switches. The toilet was actually behind the bathroom door, which I had to stand in the shower recess to close the door to enable me to use the toilet then walk back into the shower recess so I could re open the door to get out of the bathroom. The shower head pointed at the side wall at head height ???? If that`s not enough, when I checked out earlier than planned, reception didn`t even bother to ask how my stay was!!!!!!!!! THIS WAS NOT A SUPERIOR SUITE. Just a grossly overpriced low budget room

Avoid this hotel
Dirty, with most items in the room broken. Even the lock on the door didn't. We ended up leaving and checking into a new hotel

Honestly, I loved it here. This is not some luxurious hotel by any means but more like a pop and stop hotel (which we prefer and love). We probably got there at 2 am or later and they were still open, Happy as can be and let us come in. People were so nice to us, the air conditioner was super cold, free WiFi, and the showers stayed warm for all 4 of us to shower around the same time. While we were checking out, we had to wait for our grab so we were outside in the heat; they gave us a little snack and drink. We loved how welcoming, kind, and thoughtful they were. I definitely will book here again when I come back!

The hotel is old and run down. Our room was nothing like advertised. We had ripped sheets with stains on them. Hair on the bed, and towels that were so old I wouldn’t even dry my dog with them. This hotel also smelled so bad. After ten minutes in the room we couldn’t take the smell anymore. There was no view, there was mold in the bathroom and it was in a bad location. Please do not stay at this hotel!

What a dump! Can't believe Orbitz would represent this. Room was so dingy, dated and smelly we couldn't stay here, we got another hotel to come collect us and checked out within an hour. The area is so noisy as it's next to shipping container storage so it's dusty dirty and didn't feel safe. Hotel desk didn't know or have confirmation of our bookng.

Surprisingly good hotel

budget one near airport
I have stayed there as I thought the airport MRT is nearby.But I need to book Grab cab and the charge was 130 Baht. No good restaurant nearby. One market is located nearby and can buy local food there.And tesco shop also available in 500 meters.It is located in a calm place.Not much time take to travel to airport or metro station.Can opt this option.

We book this hotel and we arrived at 11am and check in time is 2pmbut they let me checked in anyway. The room was big and clean and they gave us juice when we arrived, which is very nice because it was so hot outside. I love this hotel and it’s close to the airport.

You get what you pay for.
A very interesting place. Desk clerk was only visible staff. She did all she could to please. No restaurant. NO AC in lobby. Very clean is the best we can say. Decent value for the money, But absolutely no frills. Very basic but close to the airport. Next time we need a few hours sleep when connecting through Bangkok, we will try something else.

Basic, but clean and ok for a night near airport
Just adequate for one night near airport, but no longer. Bed comfortable and huge! Good shower. Very clean. There was only breakfast available, which we passed on as early flight. There is a small night market along the road in walking distance where you could get a small meal from a stall. We took a taxi to a mall for 100 BHT where there were lots eating options. The windows are all frosted glass in hotel rooms which we found disconcerting. Not much of a view anyway as looks onto storage container area and car Patel. Very quiet most of the time apart from another guest who slammed his door on arrival and on leaving. Free tea and coffee from hot water urn near the lift by reception. We were told 150 BHT to airport but driver only charged 120. Only 15 mins away.

One can go downtown Bangkok via railway system easily if you plan ur travel well. You can go to Pattaya city, visit and swim at the Jom tien beach in one day via taxi and airport bus from this hotel. Leave hotel at six am and be back by 9pm.

In an industrial estate with constant noise
Like I have said constant noise. I had a frog bouncing around in my room and it stank of cigarette smoke. No restaurants around. The staff were pleasant but I suppose they needed to be as the place was not good. Very dated and not what the pictures represented. Not good reflection of advertising.

Hotels.com: quit bothering me to review layovers!
I was only laying over in Bangkok for the night. I really don't think this review means much. I barely remember the accomoadtions, though the hotel was nice enough and the front desk staff very nice. I really wish hotels.com would quit pestering for reviews like this, where it's an overnight stay that doesn't really tell you anything about the place. I know: I don't /have/ to respond, but I want to post this in the hope that hotels.com takes note and refrains from further emails; if a customer doesn't respond once, that should be enough.

Phnom Penh hotel.
Hotel was comfortable and clean. But there was virtually no water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of water pressure in bathroom sink, so I don't know what the issue was. Location was fine.

I choose this because it says it was close to the airport. Not that close, 120baht cab ride. Nothing but docks in the area. The service was helpful considering I can in at 2am. They were very helpful in getting me a cab for my return to the airport Overall the room I had was fairly plain, and the bedding could use a upgrade. But I was only there for 1night

Picked hotel for its location relative to airport. Clean hotel, didn't have all the facilities advertised eg kettle/coffee maker. Bed wasn't very comfy. But hotel was very affordable and good location.

Book this hotel due to how close it was to the airport. Since I arrived late I didn't want a long drive after a 20 hours flight. Simple enough room, solid basic amenities. The area around the hotel seem rough and it was a little difficult to find. But for the price I paid it was worth the night spent at the hotel.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. The front desk was very helpful, the room wasn't anything great, but it worked for our needs. The bathroom had a terrible odor, but we were happy to have hot water and good water pressure after such a long trip.
