Experience a dose of local Bangkok
In the Pratunam area of Bangkok, you are close to Ha-Ang a Chicken Hawker restaurant that is to die for. Walking distance to Neon night market.

Quiet hotel but no air-con in lobby and walkway. Many cockroaches in room. Stained bedsheets which were not changed throughout my 6D5N stay. Smelly pillows and quilts. Located near Talad Neon. Hotel located in a set of shoplots which caused inconvenience to Grab drivers as they need to collect coupon and stamp them at lobby everytime they pick up or drop off at the hotel.

The drive-in street into the hotel is inconvenient though the location is fairly convenient. It will be nicer is hotel were to provide toothbrush & tooth paste. Otherwise, staff are friendly and hotel is clean - thumbs up on these! :)

Disappointing experience
Three bedroom was small, the sockets are all broken, we couldn’t even charge our electronic devices well. we had to talk to the lady owner and the front desk but they didn’t care, and the room has no fully toiletries provided. Room got bad smell. My family are not happy with their service, and the room. Please take action. Thank you

The morning staff there was friendly. However, the lady on the night shift wasn't. When asked questions, she nvr answer. The water pressure in the bathroom is also terrible. Inform the staff and did nothing. And also the bed is slanted too. Those going there, if pay slightly more, u can book a better one.

The hotel was old, it was so ridiculous for shower water, it was no water to take a shower, we're angry for that and quick check out next day , people DONT book this hotel if you won't get suffer for your holiday

Everything is fine except the shower is having low water pressure,the room sound proof was bad where you hear the next door speaking,air conditioner is dripping water for whole night, the plug is loose from wall, the door for the bathroom unable to close, the kettle provided is moulded, hair dryer broken.

Services too bad. Daily cleaning but not provide free water. Request on counter, need waiting and not send to room, calling to collect it on counter. Room air con problem, calling counter but Counter no person stay by for service, I almost waiting at front counter about 20 min then only have one person out with no friendly talking. I won't choose this hotel next time.

We did not feel safe at this hotel. It was very noisy all night long. Staff was very unfriendly. The internet did not work most of the time, and we had to constantly ask for it to be reset. In the end we left early and lost money to go to a better, safer, and more friendly hotel.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!
The receptionist refused to check us in, even after we called hotels.com for verification. And that was at 12:00am already, after our long trip to BK. She also refused to pick up hotels.com's calls and kept walking away to avoid us. Just so shocked about the whole thing.....still..

Must Avoid
We were a group of 9 friends. Booked 4 rooms. We were given accomodation at the 6th floor. It was hot like anything and the air conditioning didnt work properly. When called for room service we were informed that we needed to give time for the room to cool first. Pathetic excuse. In the morning i woke up with water all over the floor. Later i discovered that it dripped from the ac. The safety locker in 3 of our rooms didnt work. We were informed that we have to use the lockers on the ground floor. Overall conclusion there are much better hotels at this price in pratunam area. Please avoid this pathetic place

Reasonable for the price
do not expect too much from the picture. but, it is what you are getting for paying that price. Not bad for a budget but can be improved further I think. the toilet door is faulty (diff to open and close). the room is not only small but able to hear noises from outside as the wall is thin.

Location is good. But the hotel, they have no bellman to help with the luggage. No room service. This is a hotel good enough if you just need to sleep, thats it! But if u need additional services, not this hotel. Rates are good, unbelievably cheap. location is good enough, near street food caterers.

Hotel is within 15 minute walking distance to Platinum Mall, and Makkasan BTS station. However, the location of the hotel is along a quiet street and our taxi driver from Don Mueang Airport did not know where the hotel was and got lost, so we had to drop and walk approx. 20 minutes from where we were to the hotel.

Booked room for 2 pax, me and my gf. Upon checking in, I was charged for an extra person charges. This is ridiculous. Had a long debate, the staff was rude, unfriendly, hostile and stubborn. End up giving in, paid the lady staff 400 baht to shut her zip, wasting almost half of the afternoon. I guess she just wanted extra cash. Now even hotel staffs earn from bribery.

Budget Hotel Near Palladium Mall and Fashion Mall
Budget hotel stay. The price is definitely cheap and near to attraction. 10 mins walk to Fashion mall if you know the shortcut. Plenty of food stall around or on the way to Fashion mall. 2 Seven Eleven nearby. Room condition is clean and tidy. Stand alone aircon but is very cold. Clean Towels and shower/shampoo provided. No negative experience will return to this hotel next trip.

Convenient near to downtown.
Surprise with the facility provided such as high speed wifi and free of charge mineral water. Thai restaurants, money changer, massage centre, mini mart and local food product shop within 2 minutes walking distance from this hotel. Excellent !!!
