Frankly, I can't say enough Good Things!!! The staff and especially the manager and the young man Bacon were exceptional! No matter what we needed help with, they were eager to assist. It is an older property but the condition, charm and elegance are reminiscent of the "glory days" of traveling!! The room was cleaned so thoroughly and always smelled fresh, not like a bottle of disinfectant!! The breakfast was filling and there was always fruit, juice, crackers, cookies and coffee available in the lobby at no cost!!! Everything worked in the room!!!!! No noisy appliances or 1 channel TV's, everything functioned correctly! I have already recommended this hotel to friends coming to Thailand soon and told them if they want a quiet (rooms Are Soundproofed!), conveniently located hotel this is it! The availability of Grab makes transport to the "city proper" a breeze and while restaurants are within easy walking distance, you can always order delicious food from virtually anywhere with little or no charge!!! Mariya Boutique Residence is a hidden gem, in the remarkable paradise that is Thailand!! Tell Bacon, the manager and staff we said "Hi" on your next visit and you won't regret it!!!! 5 STARS!!

I stayed just one night after my flight from Koh Samui and before my flight back to the US. The room was large and comfortable. The only negative was the lack of elevator, but the staff carried my bag both up and down the stairs for me, so not really a big deal. They provided breakfast, but I left very early so didn't get a chance to try it. However, they had some fruit and coffee available which was very appreciated. Staff was very friendly and I received an email shortly after booking with instructions for meeting their driver for pick up at the airport on arrival. It was nice not to have to worry about finding transportation.

Great little hotel for a one night stop prior to a flight the next day. Airport transfers highly recommended. Our plane was delayed and they waited 4 hours for us! Very friendly staff. Clean room with great air conditioning.

Stayed just one night for airport transfer, the room is ok, location is so-so, didn't expect too much for the price paid, and no complaints. Do want to give a shout-out to the airport pickup service. They have hotel staff waiting at the airport with named signs. My flight landed 2 hrs late past midnight, but someone was there (granted the airport sees lots of arrivals around midnight so plenty of hotels have staff at the airport waiting for passengers from around the world). The shuttle van came quickly. Btw it was hot during Feb even at night, but when I entered my hotel room, the ac was already on. Recommend!

Super location for the airport. A little aged but really comfortable and clean. Reception team very helpful and accommodating. If you are arriving late than your meal maybe snacks from the local 7/11 but the room facilities accommodate for that.

This is a great property for a layover or late arrival to the airport. We arrived at midnight and the hotel reached out the day before requesting our flight number and arrival time so they could provide a shuttle for us. I was planning to call the hotel about the pickup but they reached out first. The flight was 30 minutes late and they still had someone holding a placard for us. The breakfast was really good also. We will stay here again.

Mariya picked me up promptly from the airport and delivered me back there in the morning in good time. Good breakfast. Quiet. Helpful front desk. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Good value for money, I'd say. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

When we came to the property, we are so tired because we were traveling for more than 12 hours. The property doesn’t have elevator and we have to go up by stairs. The property said they have free shuttle to the airport and when I ask they told us we have to pay. I did because I need it. So I think they don’t tell the true and when you arrive the take advantage. I don’t recommend it at all.

Perfect Transit Hotel at BKK
I love this little hotel! I have stayed here several times when either coming in late or leaving early from BKK. First: they have always been right on time and fast with the shuttle. Flawless execution. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the price! No lift, so some might want to be aware, or request a room on a lower floor.
