"Stayed for 5 nights, loved the hot pool and helpful staff! Wish they served breakfast, but it’s nice to have the Chillies attached! Loved our stay :)"

"After a day of traveling we arrived earlier than the check-in. While the room was not ready yet the staff gave us a call to let us know when it was (a couple of hours early let us get refreshed). Our room was clean and the view was every bit worth it. The beds however appear to have something under the sheets that felt a little weird every time we moved our positions (most likely some kind of mattress protection). We had our own car which allowed us a little more freedom to check out the area. Where the hotel is situated, it's at the end of Banff. Making it kind of quieter (which we enjoyed). They did offer a shuttle into town for shopping and dining but it was on a scheduled route."

"I know Banff is expensive, but for this very expensive room, it was mediocre in most ways: window looked out onto stucco walls and electrical; the outlets in the room were poorly positioned (to watch TV you were expected to unplug the coffee maker); amenities were minimal; cleaning was fine. Breakfast is an expensive $27 buffet at a restaurant two doors down the street (the hotel "gives" you a $15 voucher, but you're required to pay an extra experience fee, so you've paid for half of the breakfast up front, whether you want to or not)."
