I found out that your property previously was owned by Ramada. I notified the front desk about the hangers, and then it was explained to me that you’re in the process of remodeling due to Covid. It’s slow things down. I’m very understandable, but I do complement exceptional service I received.

When we arrived no one let us know there is a $50 fee per night that they take off your card in case you break something. Luckily we didn’t break nothing. They also sell alcoholic drinks at the concierge desk, we asks for a bottle of wine, the man said it’s $12, so we handed the man $20. The man clearly was incompetent as he said we still owed him $8….. after handing him $20 bill for a $12 bottle. We asked for our $20 back. They then placed us on the 7th floor, the elevator has no certification in it, and the entire ride up you can hear a loose bolt making you feel as the elevator would break. Once we finally got out of the elevator the center table had disgusting spots and stains, half eaten chicken bones in the windows. There was black and white stains all over the hallway floors. Definitely will not be staying here again.

My experience was just all around terrible. Absolutely nothing near the area. Everything was out of date. Wallpaper was falling off, all the fixtures were old and cringe even the TV. The remote didn't work, shower head was old and yellowed didn't even take a shower cause of how it looked. Furniture was scratched up. Tv was fuzzy. Heater was extremely noisy all night randomly. Would of rather slept at a construction sight . Hallway smelled funny. No I've machine. Elevator was noisy and felt weird was scared it would break on me the way the doors opened and closed along with the noises it made. Secluded area is an understatement. it's in the middle of a business park. No stores or anything close. Had to get on the highway just to go get something to drink. Phones are broken. The overnight doesn't answer when you call. Nobody was at the desk when I came down at 1 am. Was just an overall waste of time and money and really messed up my night and mood. The only positive was the young lady at the desk when I checked out.

It’s written in the website that the hotel offer Shuttle. Don’t rely on it. Is extremely limited. When I arrived after more than 12 hours traveling, from the airport I contacted the hotel about the shuttle, I was told that at that time no shuttle until tomorrow at 7 am. I took Taxi, on arrival and checked in, the key I get, the room was not ready. No lining on the bed. When leaving I booked the shuttle from the new guy before to leave at 7 am. Waited 1/2 hour for them to get the end a Uber to take me and almost lost my flight. Never again, and don’t even mention breakfast and cleanliness!

The location is close to the highway, in an office/industrial area. The staff was very friendly. The room was large and clean. There were some dried paint drips on the carpet and we had to plug in some of the lights to get them working. The AC unit was less noisy than most so we slept well. The elevators were v e r y s l o w but otherwise functional. Unfortunately, our morning started with barely luke warm water that never warmed enough to stand in the spray. The breakfast was disappointing. It might have been better earlier, but by 7:30 AM the hash browns were cold and the eggs were very dried out. The hotel is convenient to the area around Arundel Mills. We rated higher than the property really deserved because the staff was so friendly.

The people next to me was hveing a party they was smoking smoke was coming in my room so I didn’t get any sleep the tv didn’t work the first room they gave me had hair all in the sink makeup on the sheets and the toilet was broke. This is a hotel I like but last night was totally unacceptable and uncomfortable

My sister and i had a good stay. The early morning breakfast was yummy. 😋The customer service was superb. The free shuttle to mall and casino was good. Carlos the chef /Shuttle driver and the man who wears many hats. The nicest person. The front Desk service was awesome .Otherwise the only problem that i had was no one cleaned our room the 3 days that we were there. Also i didn't get my receipts ,can you Email it to me at Karing1on1@yahoo.com.I want to know when will i receive my $100 deposit back on to my card?
