Love coming back to this Hotel. Staff always friendly and happy to assist. Lovely relaxing gardens and amazing pool beachside to watch the rest of the world pass by. Will be back again

Unfortunately the rooms especially the bathroom was very tired and needs alot of tlc but the staff and service were excellent. The gardens, pool and restaurant were imaculate and location was great

Could be good
Nice beachfront resort, however the resort is tired and rooms need refurbishment. The breakfast for the price is probably the biggest let down. Only 1 egg per person, same hot food every day Rice and Noodles that were actually cold. Some fruit and bread. The pool fronting the breach was lovely.

Although it is oldish, it is well maintained and very clean and tidy. The pool area is great. The staff are lovely. The ground staff and housekeeping always greet you when they see you around. Breakfast was good.

Great location and beautiful setting
The location on the beach/boardwalk was great and also in a good central location to shops, spas and restaurants. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. The hotel buildings and rooms we stayed in are needing a lot of maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is in a prime location on the beach, plenty of Warungs, cafe etc to eat at great food Also close to great shopping, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a spruce up although they are kept clean

This property has the most amazing view sitting at breakfast couldnt get a more pleasant place.The property is old and requires some update but staff are very pleasant and location is fabulous and calming.

Great location..5 star, close to everything in sanur and amazing views. The rooms were terrible and outdated, grime in the bathrooms, hard bed, hard pillows. The tv was 20 years old and keep dropping out due to a bad aerial connection. There was a problem with the exhaust in the bathroom being so noisy and staff were lovely to move rooms for us. Wifi was good Restaurant was good

Great location. Dated, but clean and tidy. If you want to experience Bali the way it used to be - beautiful gardens and more traditional accommodation, this is a great, affordable option. Pool and restaurant has prime view of the beach

Position position position, you can not ask for a better beach location, close to all the cafes restaurants along beach walk. Pool is situated right at the beach end of the property and you have a large beach area that belongs to the property. Some of the standard rooms (bathrooms)definitely need an update. Nice hot water and air con works perfectly.

What was amazing was it’s proximity to the beach and north Sanur street side shopping. We had been given a standard room. It was ground floor, and must have been one of the darkest on offer - absolutely no natural light at all. It was so tired. The taps in the bathroom were so hard to turn off and on, and would have woken the dead when we did. Linen was unattractive- grey looking. Don’t come here on yours honeymoon. Staff: they say first impressions count. We were disappointed! A sad and sorry entrance. Bits and pieces falling off the Balinese friezes in reception and gaffer tape holding grates down on the floor. Behind the desk - they could have taken or left us. No welcome at all. We had an issue with laundry during our five night stay - but I can’t even begin to go into that. The main pool: They advertise a swim up bar. Opening at 10:00. That does not happen. Staff from the restaurant appear and disappear and there is no consistency at all. Often, you have to traipse over to the restaurant to place your order. On that note, breakfast is diabolically awful. They charge $15 USD for an awfully sad buffet. I can’t even begin to describe it. Along the beach and also street side, they are blown out of the water by competition. I wonder if they know that. The management (?) behind the sad reception desk could not give a toss either way. And reading some reviews, I do contend it’s an ‘old ‘ Bali ‘ hotel, with lovely gardens.

A piece of old Bali which is sea front and very rare these days. Old and a bit tired but the beautiful setting and staff more than make up for any shortcomings

Very comfortable bed and room. Resort setting is lovely with gardens and ponds and all on the beach. Bit old fashioned but with it's own charm. Very clean.

The location is excellent. The pool, beach and restaurant area are awesome. Heaps of lounges on the beach. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet ok. Eggs as usual, but indo breakfast quiet plain and cold. Beer/ local wine well priced, cocktails ordinary. The price for the beach front location is good in comparison to others but you get what you pay for in the rooms. We stayed in the cheapest standard room and it was just adequate. Air conditioner worked well, but filter needs a good clean. Bathroom has mould in silicon and shower curtain. You can certainly get better value rooms elsewhere in sanur, just a block back, but not beach front. We would stay again as we don’t spend much time in the room, and the price for the location and pool beach area made up for the room.

The location on the beach was great. The rooms are old and tired. Staff didn’t look overly happy, reception staff didn’t wish me a happy stay and the man on checkout was actually quite rude. Weren’t able to fix the drainage in the bath/shower, lucky it was just me as after a shower it took hours to drain. Breakfast is just ok.

Laid back location
Hotel it self is a little dated. The pool and access to the beach were spot on! Breakfast was good with made to order eggs. Older customer base so don't expect a party scene. If you are looking for a quite very chill hotel this is it. Close to night market, great restaurants and chill drinking establishments.
