The hotel was located in prime location very close to tittos and baga beach, Rooms were okay.

The hotel stay was comfortable throughout,but the day we were checking out ,the elctric supply was interrupted for long hours but the hotel didn't have the power backup.it was really awful for a hotel room to not have power backup when everybody has it in their homes. Second:-the breakfast can't be deemed a breakfast.the continental breakfast included in the package by hotels.com consisted of only breads and jams.first the hotel was not agreeing that we have a complimentary breakfast with our booking,but since we had it specifically booked we confronted them and they relented but after getting to see the breakfast spread we thought it's better not to waste time there. Overall the hotel is only good if you want to have a sleep otherwise ,poor staff and management with no power backup welcomes you in the hotel.

Staff was good . but they didnot have knowledge of local tourist places not accurate idea abt kilomrteres of south goa.reception cannot guide.food quality is good.i can good stay for economocal up to 2000 in season.

Dont even try this.
Hopeless. Not worth staying because the rooms were absolutely not the worth the price I paid for, Conditions were very bad. Leakages and untidy all around. I would have preferred to stay somewhere in lodge rather than here. Staff was also not helpful at all. Service was also very poor. Food was ordinary.

Hotel is located 5 min from the beach, its a budget hotel and the rate is reasonable, the rooms are comfortable and big and the food is Also good. Located just near the most happening beach baga.

Good value for money hotel
This is a medium budget hotel that has all the basic facilities in place. It is great value for money considering that it is close to Baga beach and accessible to all major beaches in North Goa. It is right there in the Calangute-Baga road. The staff were friendly, the complimentary breakfast was ok, but not very great. The housekeeping was also upto the mark. Overall, a good option for the budget conscious.

Not So Good
The pictures what shown on website is not the true pictures of the hotel. The room was not arranged though it was booked well in advance. Room was not cleaned beforehand. Food was good, but a few waiters are not cooperative at all. In case of power cut, there is no alternatives. Overall a not so good experience with the hotel. However, some of the staffs of the hotel are really good, particularly the security person and two managers.
