We had some trouble with checking in. Never received the email for pre-check-in as indicated on the confirmation . I sent the company a message in this regard via their website and never got a reply. Expedia virtual agent was also not able to help me.
On the day of arrival, had to call the company agent and was told we needed to do a bunch of online forms before being let in. We were quite tired with our kids so that was a pain in the bum.
Once we got in we were content with the apartment and its amenities. A great option for families with kids. Laundry was great. Had a large fridge, utensils, dishwasher, etc. It was in an excellent area for food/shopping/access to metro etc.
We wished the place was better cleaned before our arrival, especially the floors.
Overall it was a nice option for families and a great location.
