The price is low. It’s probably the only benefit of the property. The microwave was defective, we asked for a new one which was provided, yet, it could not be installed where the existing one was, this would have required an extension cord. It was dropped on a table by a wall where none of the plugs worked. We were able to install in a different spot but had to plug /unplug the tv, couldn’t have both plugged at the same time. The place was renovated but it was either a long time ago or the renovations were half done. The paint was flaking. In the bathroom the ceiling was low and it wasn’t finished/redone. There were some spots where mold could be a concern. We needed a place to sleep, the price was low, it was close to the main highway easily accessible from downtown. I guess you get what you pay for.

The breakfast is poor, no ice machines, no bath but shower room ok but ventilator machine was removed and replaced only metal ventilator that caused bad humidity and smell in the bathroom itself. Only 2 pillows each bed instead of 4. The bed is low quality and too soft that caused my terrible backaches for days. No coffee and milk available in the lobby. Lobby also closed by 11pm and they asked people to leave.

Things i liked: 1. The mattress was excellent , 2) the size of the room and refrigerator. 3) we were workig from room so desk and chair was perfect and comfortable. 4) Mexican restaurant practicality on the parking Area of the hotel. Things I did not like: 1. There was a closet but they had no hangers available. 2)water wasn't hot just very warm. 3. They had a pool but it was closed and they were preparing it for opening in two weeks nothing was mentioned on the website. 4. By looking at the website it looked like the breakfast was continental. It turned out to be cereal,toast, yogurt, mini muffins and on the 3rd day was the first time we saw oatmeal. Breakfast started at 6am and by 7am mostly everything was gone and you would have to go to the staff and they would put out a little bit more.if you call the hotel in there greeting they mention a hot breakfast which is non-existent. For us the place was close to areas we had to go an the room and bed was excellent which was our priority.

There was mold in the bathroom, water staiins in the ceiling, and there was limited lighting. The pillows were uncomfortable and there was no hot water. I had to ask at the desk for a hair dryer and the "breakfast" was low quality and stingy. When i for there at 8 am, there was nothing but stale bread for toast and weak coffee in cups the size of a thimble. Don't stay here.

Property was very dirty..homeless people walking around in parking lot..Heating was not working on window unit..room showed Cold (18 degrees in room) after long evening of wrkg couldn’t rest or sleep 😡 Bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable!! Bedding had holes..Next morning told the front desk about the heating.. and I wanted to cancel my stay..he said that I would have to call manager after 9am..Nobody ever answered my calls..No Voicemail to leave a message 😡. Really expected better place Since it had Wyndham name on property and Site!! Very bad experience!!

We are a smoke-free property and have rooms that are designated non-smoking, but unfortunately, not all of our guests abide by our rules, and occasionally, as seems to have happened on this occasion, a guest will smoke in a non-smoking room. We assure you we have a strict no-smoking policy in place and react quickly against guests who violate our policy. Furthermore, when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and fresh environment for our guests' comfort, and we'll be sure to discuss your review with our housekeeping team to ensure our staff does a better job of preparing/airing out the rooms moving forward. This location is definitely undiscovered treasure and under underrated they have recently undergone a very nice upgrade and remodel and rebranding they have brand new mattresses and furniture and as long as you're not found to be doing something that's not in the hotel passenger the staff are very friendly hard working and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay if you know the area you know it's not highly populated by the upper class but they've done a great job at being hospitable and accommodating even if they're not located on where they'll drive I highly recommend giving them a go for yourself

Bathroom walls were falling apart, wasn’t able to check in till after 3:30. I’m 5’11 and my head was almost hitting the ceiling in the shower. They provided no shampoo. Overall horrible experience

I was very surprised at how un taken care of the motel was. Everywhere i looked around, it was dirty in some way, food on the ceilings and the walks, even on one of the lamp shades looked like an orange sauce. Also several broken things, like the closet racks and the shelf. The chair that was in the room, had frayed cloth like a gw chair. It was obvious the rooms aren't kept up. Very surprised, because we stay in Baymont almost exclusively, and they are ALWAYS real clean and kept up! This is the first Baymont in all the years, that wasn't.

well the Continental breakfast was not there when I came down at 7a. and that was just the last straw. I talked to a guest and they were down at 6a there was cereal but the milk for the cereal was expired and there was only coffee and bread to toast that's it for the included 'breakfast'.

If this Hotel is a Franchise of La Quinta, it should be revoked. The inside was in bad need of painting, caulking, and overall cleaning. The beds were lumpy with the sides of the mattress badly sloped. The curtains were not long enough to cover the opening. The door was not sealed and sunlight came through the opening. People of suspicious character stayed in the parking lot until midnight. DO NOT STAY at THIS MOTEL!!!!!

I didnt like anything about this hotel. It was extremely dirty and noisy the whole time we were there. It was unsafe tp stay at and had bullet marks in the door. The mattress was so worn out that it sunk down and hurt my back. We never had hot water to be able to take a shower. The water was freezing. There was also a hidden camera that looked like it was recording us the whole time. During the day there was loud construction outside of our room. We tried calling the front office to ask them questions about the hotel and they would never answer the phone before our stay. We heard loud perverted sex acts that were happening in the room by us. This hotel is not in a safe area and would advise you not to stay here. I was scared to leave my room and I couldn't fall asleep from all the stress of being there.
