Firstly, i experienced difficulty in booking two rooms in one go. I had to book two rooms separately as the expedia site created problems. After that expedia sent only one booking info across to the hotel and the hotel was not aware of the 2nd room booking. The room was not well maintained. The bathroom door did not lock, the phone was not working, the AC was not effective enough. The room was not dusted and to cover it newspaper was spread in shelves and drawers. The room was comfortable as a whole but lacked what a 3* is expected to provide. The so called "free continental" breakfast was not continental but Indian and badly lacked variety. I have stayed in better rooms abroad with 10 times more variety at breakfast at lesser costs. The room consumable replacements were stingy.
